There was no ice in the hotel. The new ice machine has been sitting there for 3 weeks and no one has installed it. I couldn't get ice for a cold drink. That is not acceptable 😔. Please stop fooling around and install the new ice machine.

The room was clean, the bed was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The air was clean. Thank you for comfortable accomodations. Please do lose that.

I did not like the weed smoking that happens late evening into the night. I know it's no fault of the staff. The rooms are clearly marked NO SMOKING But some other guests were smoking marijuana the entire time we were there. I have an asthmatic child. Our last night we had to open the Windows and allow the air to be cleaned. I felt bad for the staff because it's clear they take pride in their work and try to keep the hotel inviting , there was no smelly garbage, but these inconsiderate guests seem to make their jobs harder with their foolish lifrstyles.

I liked that there were fresh towels everyday, didn't need to ask. I liked that the room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. The breakfast staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. I had my hands full with 3 toddlers under 5 and the breakfast staff member was so sweet. The breakfast area was very clean and inviting. Really liked all day coffee stand...the best!!

Back entry doors didn't work with room key and sometimes the room key took very long to open the room doors.

Property seems to be undergoing some upgrades to the rooms. Its not 5 star, but it was worth the price. I always enjoy my stay. The breakfast was sufficient and good grab and go.

Roach in room. Hair in bed and tub. Ice machine on 2nd floor not working. Elevator dirty. Ask staff for supplies like they can't understand you. Other then that it was ok.

That was no pool as was shown in the brochure it was under renovation I the breakfast was not what I would have expected. And the furniture in the room needed to be upgrade the vent in the bathroom did not work in the room which we were assigned to.

The atmosphere the employees we're helpful and pleasant . Disappointing there was no pool and secondly the breakfast was not exactly what I was expecting even though we know that certain bands were lifted concerning covet overall it was a nice experience

The room service. Twice I had to remind the hotel receptionist about housekeeping not cleaning my room or leaving fresh towels. Also I had to put the bed sheets on myself NOT cool.

Having to inform the front desk when to clean the room and change towels. I feel this should be done on a daily basis.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety, example maybe eggs, sausage, bacons and oatmeal. The location was excellent, it was near places to eat and shop.
