The place could’ve been cleaner the tub was filthy just yellow all over mold on the top and in the bathroom

The water in the shower was yellow from the water tank being rusty. I almost got double charged at the front desk until they realize that I had booked on Booking.com and had to look over from not charging my credit card twice.

Overall the room needs a whole revamp, its great if you’re looking to take advantage of the fridge and the stove. However coming into the room the bed is ripped, the seats for the table need some tlc, and the bathroom overall was horrendous, inside the toilet look like they have a washing it was dead flies in it. Along with the tub like if there was dry paint and like specs of hard paint in it, I had to re-rinse the whole tub before I have my daughter take a bath.

Room was dirty and anything metal is rusty or in bad condition. Overall this whole property probably needs a remodel if this room looks like the rest of them. Also looks like people live in the rooms on the property.

A good staff can't overcome this location. There is only so much they can do with the neighborhood and the local clientele who will want to utilize an extended stay option. We saw staff cleaning, but it was difficult for them to keep up with trash being left outside, etc. It was my fault for not doing more research and reading reviews. It was the only place I could find in my price range for the date I stayed, so it met a need.

The price was as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. Florida is a tough place for insects when you have a door that opens to the outside, so I have some grace for a few insects. The bed was comfortable.

It advertised a fully stocked kitchen, but it had nothing not even a coffee pot. When we requested dishes, silverware, and hairdryer, they said the dishes were dirty and they didn’t have hairdryers. The coffee pot they brought was broken and no others were available. Every metal fixture was rusty including inside the microwave. Then when we saw roaches we decided we couldn’t stay there. The outdoors was dirty with trash everywhere.

The staff tried to be accommodating, and were attentive.

The Girl at the Front desk Bad Customer Service after I paid for the Room & also paid my Deposit she has me wait 3 Hours before she assigned me a room then when I got to the room the Sheet was dirty I had the sheet taken off & was Wash why should I have to go through that I will Never go Back there Again . The front Desk Girl was Horrible & she complained about her before & she still worked there I ask another worker about her & that's what they told me about Her.

I travelled from New York to Fort Lauderdale, and I was disappointed and feel ashamed when I entered the room with my family. They have teared up and worn-out chairs, the smell is not pleasant, the bathtub is a mess, and we have to put a towel on the floor to take a bath because we did not want to set feet on that thing. We have to use a pin to close the curtains. They said that breakfast is including, but they have a small coffee make at the front desk for everyone to make a line for coffee while there is nothing else with the coffee. We had to go out for breakfast.
