Very noisy inside rooms. Room doors had to be slammed to shut all the way. A/C unit in our room was very loud.

Location was good. Pool was very nice. Beach was awesome. Plenty of parking.

Use to a kitchen but for the price it was fine. surprised by the additional 200.00 on my card but they said it was a deposit and as soon as we checked out and the cleaning girls got to our room it was refunded to me so i didnt have to go home and wait to see if i got it back. i liked that too.

The queen beds were definitely just full beds. Very small. The room door would close fully unless I slammed it. The front desk mistakenly called us a no show and locked us out of our room while we were on the beach. So we had to wait about 45 minutes to get that straightened out after coming in from the beach.

Our tv didn’t work. We didn’t have water for showers or any bathroom needs for part of one of the days we were there. Elevator was out of order for one of the days and even after all those issues they never offered any compensation or anything to make it right

I didn’t like paying $10 a day to park. I don’t understand why that is necessary. The front desk clerk at check in could have been more polite. I felt like I was bothering them. I was the only person checking in at the time. The desk clerk at check out was like that too. I needed a key and that desk clerk was very nice about it. I wish all your clerks were that nice. I worked for a resort in Myrtle Beach, SC and I know how guests should be treated. Maybe offer a customer service class to some of your desk clerks. It’s my vacation. I want to be treated nicely and feel welcome.

I liked the location. I liked the beds. They were very comfortable. Housekeepers were very nice and were great checking each day to see what we needed. The hotel honored my request to be on a higher floor. I liked that there were bathrooms on the first floor. That was convenient. We didn’t use the pool but we noticed there were towels at the pool for guests to use. That is very nice. The arcade looked fun. We didn’t get a chance to go in and play but nice to know it was there.

They charged us $10 for parking, which was unknown at the time of booking. I have never paid for parking on Okaloosa Island anywhere we've stayed, so this was a major bummer. Breakfast wasn't included, and I thought we paid a somewhat higher rate for the super offseason, so no parking fee or to have breakfast would have been better.

The location was right on the beach, which is what we wanted. The room was actually quite large, and the bed was comfortable. While we were right outside the pool pump, the room was still fairly quiet (white noise only).

If you chose to eat breakfast there, you had to pay $15.00+ to do so. We chose to skip that and eat out locally. You had to pay $10.00 a night for parking your car on site. If you are staying there paying the price we did, why did we have to pay for staying there. They had you trapped on having to pay extra. One staff member said they don't supply an iron and ironing board for guests. We spoke to another staff member and she got us an iron for our room. It was overall unnecessary hassle from day to day. I don't recommend staying there unless you want to go through what we did.

Had 1 chair on balcony, 1 chair by kitchen counter. Did not get the room I requested 6 months earlier. In the kitchen, did not have hot pads for the oven, no salt/pepper shakers, no dish soap, 3 plates. No in room washer/dryer. No ice cube trays or ice maker. No safe. No toaster. Balcony door was hard to open. Air and heat did not work properly. $10.00 /day parking.

The building was separate and therefore should be a secure entry to each level. Being a single female traveler made me a little uncomfortable going to my room alone at night.

Security - balcony door would not latch --- lock worked but latch did not catch....push or pull on the door and it opened. Nickel and dime billing. A $200 charge to my credit card when I checked in --- deleted at checkout but this is excessive and offensive. Also, to bill be $10 for parking in February after a room rate that was high was a nuisance. These charges make this hotel a questionable value. . Front desk personnel were not very positive or helpful over several interaction. Language seemed to be an issue and I did not sense any empathy for concerns like a balcony door that didn't latch.

Location was great. I wanted to be on the beach and it was as described.

The building I was placed in was under construction and I was woke up early a few mornings to jack hammering n the roof. Constant noise until they moved me into the other building.

The big pool could be heated like the smaller pool. There needs to be an service elevator for housekeeping staff. We had to wait longer because there were shared elevators.

Everything seemed to be out of order. The elevators didn't work in some buildings. There was construction debris everywhere.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it was so amazing that when we realized we were coming back to Florida we didn't even check anywhere else. This time it was apparently under reconstruction. The whole place was rather chaotic. The restaurant was only open occasionally and it had an extremely limited menu due to "shortages". The staff was, as always very friendly and helpful. I believe they were doing their best.
