The room for a family of 4 was almost a little to small, and no TV. Also please fix the water dispenser, it was always going out and had no water

The staff was great and available. Location was great, tons of stuff to do that's walking and close to transportation. A place to leave your luggage was also amazing!

We were 3 people in 4 people room. There was very little space for our luggage (2 big suitcases and 3 smaller suitcases). We used the one free bed as storage for our luggage, but I can't see where all the luggage would have fit if we had been 4 people in this room.

It was better than expected. I was in advance worried of the place being next to Tenderloin area with bad reputation, but we had no issues with that in the end. It was clean, very comfortable beds, convenient location close to public transport. I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and we liked the complimentary coffee and tea area.

Could have been cleaner and we would have loved a few hooks on the wall to hang things.

The beds were comfy and the room was small, but very functional. Lots of electric outlets to charge all devices. Nice communal spaces.

Our room with four bunkbeds had nowhere to hang coats, jackets and the sink had no hook to hang handtowels. It’s the only thing missing but with four people in the room, it’s a necessity.

Very well located downtown, two minutes from the BART and cable car. Plenty of restaurants around. Beds are comfortable.

Compacted room but we did not spend a lot of time in the room so it was alright. The building is old so understood when air con could be a bit noisy at night.

The location: super center, near to bus, train and all main shopping malls in the center of SF. Bathroom: good water pressure/ could be better if we can make it more noise proof.

We didn’t like the amount of homeless people directly outside the area and hotel. Excrement was evident, sad to see so many people struggling to survive. But this isn’t Sonders responsibility. Just want to note for other families with children. It was a shame they had to see it every time we went out.

We live the beds and communal spaces, very chic style.

The air con was very blowy. It was hard to get the room at a good temperature.

The location is very close to downtown but a bit sketchy.

The room was nice. They have a good kitchen where you can have tea/coffee and use the microwave. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a locker room you can use and a laundry (pretty cheap). I loved the stay. Very good value!

It's not clear when you book through booking that the price does not include cleaning. There is extra costs if you want your room cleaned. I didn't know about that, and I had rented for 20 days. They did offer me complementary cleaning service for 1 time though because of the misunderstanding. The location is great, but there is extreme noise outside. And finally the room has limited storage space. Of and there is no refrigerator in the room. However, when I told them I have medicine that requires cooling they brought me one.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, one of the best I have seen. The common areas are nice, the wifi is solid and the price is extremely low for SF standards. The location is very central, right next to BART

The room was quite squashy, so having four people in a room with 2 bunk beds was slightly uncomfortable. If the room was more spacious and had some table and seats that would have been nice.

1. The staff always missing at the reception area, we have to chat in Sonder application when we need to request something. 2. We stayed in room 310 which is on the 3rd floor and face on the street in front of the hotel. Every night around 1:30 am, there was a loud noise from the restaurant or might be pub that wake us up. The hotel did provide ear plus, that didn’t help. 3. There are lot of homeless around the hotel area, that make us feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

All of the facilities is gorgeous. Our room is clean and new. The property provides lockers to store our luggage before the checkin time. There is also a pantry with free coffee, tea, ice and one microwave. Moreover, there are working area, cozy sofa, coin washing machine and dryer.

Really wish there had been a mini-fridge in the room. Would have allowed me to save some takeout I really liked but couldn’t finish in one sitting. A checkout extension option would have been nice to have too, the app just coldly said no late checkout allowed.

Location is great. Loved the proximity to transit and wide selection of restaurants. Beds were very comfortable as well. Check-in was smooth and snag-free.

Very small floorspace in the room. Luckily some of our luggage fitted in the under bed drawers. No onsite parking, and nearby parking expensive.

the beds -But picked this room configeratin were four tiny twin bunk beds, that were very narroe and you could not sit up without your head hitting the top platform. HMMMM as adults this is not comfy.

I think it is overprice but then everything in San Francisco is overprice.

Friendly and professional staff. A very upbeat hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Sheets and towels are very clean. Nice kitchen to share. Work space on the second floor very convenient.
