Broken car windows and housekeeping no coffee supplies or trash emptied not enough towels were replaced

Breakfast was great. I did not appreciate the room cleaning they did not empty the trash they did not replace the coffee supplies and during Friday night or Saturday AM early some cars were vandalized. They had widows broken in the cars.

The front desk worker that checked us in was not pleasant nor helped us be on the same floor together.. my social club has 5 women. we come to Columbus 5 times a year together. Not fun when we can't be together joined rooms. It was the first time at your hote5

There was a sliding door to our bathroom that was very hard to open and close even for me and I'm a big dude. Mattress was a little hard too. Felt like I slept on the floor by the morning.

Breakfast was good, pool was open, staff were very friendly.

Well, the airplane noise. Early Monday morning, you could hear the planes taking off every few minutes. That was annoying.

The air conditioning unit in the first room that I had did not work. I did not realize this until I was in the room, unpacked, and situated. When I mentioned this to the front desk, in the early evening, they were pleasant, and accommodating. I was provided a new room, thankfully right across the hallway. The second room was clean, comfortable, and the A/C worked just fine.

Key cards only worked half of the time. Housekeeping never checked on our room. The walk in shower door had a gap so water went everywhere.

Close to downtown area, has a few options for food within walking distance, pool was nice.

The place seemed short staffed. The front desk clerk was driving the van to the airport, and we waited about 10 minutes with no one at the desk to check in. He was very nice and apologetic – it’s not his fault. The rooms are nicely equipped, but are not being kept up. Having great shower dispensers is fine until you don’t keep them filled with product. The room could use USB outlets by the beds. The cord to put the darkening blinds down is inaccessible behind the recliner. It is a strange decision to hang the bathmat inside the shower, where it gets soaked before you can find it to put it on the floor.

As beautiful as the bathroom was, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t too great. It was better than other hotels I’ve experienced but still wasn’t the best. That must be a hotel thing. The front desk staff were not rude, but they weren’t friendly either. Kind of a bland get you in and get you out kind of attitude towards customers, not much hospitality. The chair at the desk in the room didn’t feel very comfortable when I sat down to eat dinner. They definitely need updated. Most hotels I’ve traveled with have ample outlets next to the bed and at bed level. The outlet next to my bed was underneath of the side-table and made it difficult to plug my electronics in and out. They don’t have standard lamps with the outlets next to the bed. Lastly, after working a 12-hour shift and heading in for the night it was frustrating to find that my room key was deactivated. My hands were full with groceries and I had to travel all the way down to the desk to have it fixed on very slow elevators. The front desk staff fixed the issue and it worked correctly the following day.

Location was great for where I needed to go, only 10 minutes from downtown Columbus. Hotel is clean and modern. Bed was the comfiest bed I have ever experienced at a hotel, like sleeping on a cloud with ample pillows (soft and firm!). Beautiful bathroom with walk-in glass shower and ample towels. Was not advertised, but mini-fridge in room which was a bonus! I was afraid my drinks wouldn’t be kept cold because it didn’t say they were equipped with a mini-fridge. A/C unit was working great…room was comfortable temperature. Being close to airport, I was surprised that it wasn’t very noisy. You can hear planes taking off but it’s really not bothersome, the rooms are pretty soundproof. T.V. in room was large & made the room feel cozy. Did not try breakfast but it sure did smell amazing! I could smell it cooking from the 4th floor.
