No vending machines.. pantry to buy from didn’t have much of a selection for kids and was a little pricey.. will bring more from home next time. The office is a little walk away from the rooms but otherwise pretty great!

Easy and fast check in, nice parking deck, easy access to the beach, fridge was a large mini fridge with freezer, soaps and shampoos were in large pump bottles, great view from balcony and room was big and spacious!

The hot tub was broken my whole trip and being renovated but I didn't know about it and was disappointed because that was one of the reasons we stayed there. I ask for compensation but none was given

It was marketed as a water view room, but we could only see the water if we we went outside and walked to the parking lot and bent down and looked through the parking garage.

Our patio outside our room had a very high cement wall. The chairs were standard height. I would suggest captains chair, so guests can actually sit high enough to see the ocean. Especially if you are selling this room as "ocean view".

Loved the friendly staff and bartender. Quiet and close to the beach.

Restaurants weren't open/weren't easily accessible. The lady who checked us in didn't explain anything about breakfast and beach/courtyard open vs closed.

Pillows could have been better. Our room was also next to the main entrance/exit door. The door made a loud noise every time someone needed to get in or out. It was hard to sleep through. Carpets looked really old and overused.

A boardwalk between adjoining businesses. Elevator refresh. The towels and amenities, such as coffee and tea could have been better. The price was on the high side for the property.

Staff were wonderful. Front desk and bar staff did a good job.The facility was okay but needs upgrades. The elevator shaft needs refreshing. It was on the beach and walkable of several restaurants.

No free continental breakfast. $19/person. Party of 6 we didn’t feel like dropping another $100+ for a (normally included) perk. This one you’re paying for the view. Vending machines are front lobby commissary. Higher prices for convenience. I’ve machine on our floor was out of order. Kitchenette was nice.

The beachfront view was beautiful. We walked out our balcony and saw dolphins in the morning. Great view of the coastline. Easy walk to the beach and waterfront. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The website said there's a spa on site and it wasn't. Along with the beachfront accommodations having a spa was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. That was very disappointing. I didn't complain but the noise level of guests nearby wasn't respectful of others.

We had a great view. The bathroom was well stocked with soaps and shampoo. The only thing I would recommend is there is a need for more towels and washcloths. We only had 2. When staying at the beach we like to take 2 showers a day.

Location was perfect. It was right on the beach and easy to access. The Gulfarium is right next door and there are several restaurants that are walkable from the beach. The room was comfortable and clean. The two pools and hot tub are really nice!

The rooms weren't super clean. Going barefoot in the rooms made our feet black. Also, there was no fitted sheet on the beds which meant every morning the covers were a mess.

The location was perfect! Near the pier with a section of beach not taken up by rows of rentable chairs & umbrellas (the cost of those, I understand were $35 a day - reasonable; but too close together for my tastes). We brought a beach tent which we set up in the open area & had more privacy.

Excellent location, right on the beach and close to the pier and boardwalk. Clean, comfortable room. Nice atmosphere for families or senior citizens. Staff was friendly. Don't have any complaints!

Our fridge stopped working one day, called front desk said they’d send maintenance immediately. Never showed. Ever. Fortunately it started working the following day. There were three of us, staying 7 days. We had two towels and two wash cloths our first night. I asked for more the second day, just wash cloths, was told they’d be sent. Never came. Asked housekeeping, they told me they were being washed and would be sent later. Never came. Housekeeping was every other day, which is ok, I don’t need my room cleaned every day but when we need essentials…towels, wash cloths, toilet paper…just lemme have em. Only complaint we had!

Location was EXCELLENT! The beds were super comfy too.
