We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe kitchen and pool were closed. My younger son really wanted to swim, as we were there for state bowling meet and it was the only way to get him there. I understand the situation, but it was very disappointing. I know that you are sorry for the inconvience, but that doesn't change the fact that my family was not happy.

The breakfast was great and the location was awesome. Plenty of parking and in a good area of town.

United States of AmericaA couple of things I did not like. The thermostat and the wall unit did not communicate well. It was extremely cold, then extremely hot. Also, the tub DESPERATELY NEEDS to be resurfaced. The tub had standing water in it. It didn’t fully go down the drain. That’s an easy fix if the company wants to fix it.
I loved the location. The staff were extra friendly. It wasn’t noisy or loud. Breakfast was served.

United States of AmericaThe cleanest of the room was one of my biggest nightmares. I found hair in my shower in the first room and got another room and the shower curtain was filthy. I was wondering if the rooms were getting inspected at all. The bathroom floors were also filthy. I have worked at plenty of hotels, and I know the standards. I truly don’t think that I will stay at this hotel, ever ever again just based upon the cleanliness of the rooms. I feel like I would’ve had a better time it’s a Drury Inn
