Roaches were in the bathroom and I asked for a room with a bath tub prior to booking but none were clean and available.

Both shower doors don't open. When you turn on shower your arm might get wet. I didn't think to turn the shower head against the wall while turning the nozzle on. Don't care for Kim the manager of the facilities. I have read many reviews and they all when complain it is regarding management. I would totally agree. If you are prepared to possibly have your reservation changed then go for it. I don't stay where I can't trust the people...

I did not eat the breakfast so I cannot comment. The ceiling fan. That is the thing I liked. The King Size Room is great but the queen size is not. Huge difference. Hotel will just change your reservation if they so desire. Didn't appreciate Kim the manager changing my room reservation when I had checked in then night before on line and guaranteed my room was ready. Well, she gave it away.

I didn't like the queen room. Had a bathtub and shower curtain. King room has glass shower doors and easier to get in and out of for older people. Was on second floor Noisy above me. I didn't like the manager. I understand why the reviews say management is rude. Kim is manager and she is very rude. Not good with customers according to reviews. They are right. She isn't. Will never stay here again.

The stupid design of the shower. Just try not getting pelted with cold water trying to warm it up. IMPOSSIBLE because of the design forcing you to walk all the way in and forward about 4 ft just to reach the nozzle. Hello! I need to wake up feeling good - not cold. The master light switch is a nightmare. All the lights were set to on. That worked okay - until bed time. Then, you want to turn the lights off - the master is across the room. Power off to total darkness. Hm. I want the light on by the bed. How do I achieve this? I have to go around the room and switch off all the extra lights - 4 I think... Now, the next person will have to reverse course I suppose. SOLUTION? Put ANOTHER master switch near the beds. Ding Ding.

The restaurant was dirty, in the breakfast are the floor was sticky and we had to request several times to clean the tables. staff at the bar and restaurant was not very responsive and a bit slow. Bar only open until 10 pm.

the pool area so cold in there, the breakfast shows different times online then in hotel time so they where telling us to breakfast available, had to wait to get help from an employee, not a happy or place for a family

Elevator not working!!!! We had to walk up five flights of stairs! Our family are seniors citizens! One was I’ll! And was very short of breathe walking up the stairs!!! This was a dangerous situatio.

no exhaust fan in the rest room, also not a fan of the sliding door design for the bathroom door. it does not give you much privacy. we also had to ask them for more body wash as the bottle in the shower was empty.

new facility, good location. however we asked the person at the desk during the night shift if breakfast was included. he said it had to be purchased from the restaurant. however in the morning we found out it was a complimentary breakfast that ended at 10am. we rushed to get some food at 9:55 but the associate at the kitchen area started barking at us that it was too late and to get out of the area. we told her about the bad info we received and she gave us a minute to grab something. she was complaining under her breath the entire time and yelled at us to get out at 10. my elderly in-laws were shaken by the experience and I was really embarrassed.

Everything. This is a very old hotel like and antique hotel. I couldn’t even get the value of the hotel. Immediate we got to the hotel, the smell is that of old facilities and everything look old. I was so disappointed and immediate we checked in, my wife requested we check out immediate, but they said we cannot me we had to stay for one night instead of two night we planned and paid for
