First room was cramped and extremely noisy as next to a very loud club with a private party until well into the early hours x. We complained and moved to the 10th floor, which was a better room but issue with blocked toilet and Bath room flooded. This was rectified immediately thankfully .

Staff were not interested in helping. Someone on our floor was smoking weed at 2am. You could smell it. I went down to reception to complain and the desk clerk shrugged their shoulders and asked what she was expected to do. She gave me some air freshener and told me to spray that. I told her if she wasn’t going to act on the smell I was also making a noise compliant from the same room. She was like yeh I’ll send someone up to check it out. I waited outside my room for 30mins and no one came up.

Room was great for what we needed. Two beds and a shower. Could do with an extra suitcase stand and side table.

Great location, just outside the busy times square area. Comfy beds and clean rooms. For the price we paid we were happy with what we got. Good tube links with in 5 minute walk from hotel.

Can't fault it for what we paid but bedroom lighting could be better.

Corner room with 2 double beds had ample space. Room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily, Rooms were very clean, as we're towels and bedding. For the price the hotel was spot on. Great location for exploring Manhattan.

Room was too small to accommodate more than one large suitcase -- no place to put any additional luggage. Bathroom could have used a modernization -- starting with more towel racks. No face washcloths were provided. Sheer window curtains would have been a nice touch that afforded more light and privacy in the room. Airport shuttle service was spotty and our reservation was messed up.

Hotel location is good. Facilities were clean and functional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

The furniture is a bit outdated ... New York style ... anyway, room was comfortable.

The hotel is very well located, 5min walk to the closest subway, coffee shops and convenience stores all there. You can also walk to Times Square, ~20min. There is a fitness room downstairs although a small one. Initially we had a room facing the street with no special view, we then moved to a high floor room with a superb view of Manhattan - partial of course - skyline. The beds were comfortable and we had enough space in the closet. The staff was always corteous and willing to help, mainly in reception but also housekeeping.

It's a great location. The hotel itself is fine ("fine" seems like the best word). It's not particularly good or particularly bad. What I would expect for the price.

We arrived late... So we had to accept what was available but they did offer to change our room once another became available but the other ladies didn't want to repack.

The staff- Second to None! David is exceptional- Very helpful and informative. Everyone was extremely pleasant.
