The men’s restrooms close to the restaurant and elevators had a horrible smell .

The hotel and resort is bigger than most hotels in south beach. The staff is very friendly and professional! There is always someone at the door to help you with the lagguage! Rooms are always clean and if there‘s something missing, housekeeping will bring it right away if you ask :-) Good for families or if you stay alone. Chairs and umbrella are included at the beach, unlike other hotels. Felt so comfortable and safe here!

The hotel is rather older one, but renovated. Rooms are very clean and in good conditions. Reading opinisons we took a junior apt with tarrace and it was really a good choice as You may have a beautifull ocean and swimmingpool view, and enjoy the fresh air instead of a/c. Standard room don't have a possibility to open the window which personally I hate. It was a little bit empty in the restaurant and bar, it seems they ere not really promoted and we had impression nobody is using them. At the end of the day we did not use any of them for entire stay. Pool bar - there is a mess, You never know when Your food will arrive, one time they forgot about us and we waited for almost an hour for pizza.. we were offered free drinks because of that .. but it shouldn't happen. Ocean and beach is amazing with free chairs. The swimmingpool is old but clean. They clean it every early morning

When a guest leaves the hotel, it is normal for the Wi-Fi to go off. However… when you return it “should” automatically reset itself. It does not! Having to rejoin the Wi-Fi with password etc … not knowing that I was not on the Wi-Fi until I was notified that I used up all my cellular. Really? Surely the resort can do a lot better than this kind of of set up. You are the Radisson…… Not Motel 6 !!!

The door to the balcony slammed and the door and window frame need sanding and paint. The room is nicely decorated but the balcony seemed aged and shabby.

Very expensive parking Loud construction going on across the street until very early morning hours- disturbing our sleep.

Overall it was a great stay. The only thing that was disappointing was that previous pictures showed an outdoor hot tub but, there wasn’t one anymore. The inside has had updates but, I think the outside areas could use updating but, for what we paid it was well worth it and I would stay there again.

The bathroom space is too small also it was very loud on our floor and we couldn’t open our windows to get some fresh air. Didn’t care for the construction going on across the street.

That it had a resort feel and the staff was nice and it’s right in front of the beach. Also the bed was comfortable and we had a nice view.

Walls thin so conscious when our baby was loud. Beach has a pointless rule about 2 loungers per room even though rooms often 3 or 4 occupancy

It was difficult to communicate with housekeeping, because most of them don’t speak English. we asked for more toilet paper and we were refused. They also didn’t know what Kleenex or tissue was. The restaurants are bid on the expensive side and have a limited menu. However, the food is excellent.

The location on the beach is very nice in the pool is large enough for everyone. The beds are very comfortable. The majority of the staff are very nice and helpful.

They redid the hotel and did a nice job, but there was some small amount of rust on the outside of our balcony threshold that was not attended to, really not major, but noticeable

Not enough toiletries and towels. They charged us as hotel guests to park the vehicle $50 for one night. Taking advantage of visitors is what I say.

The view from the terrace was beautiful. View of the beach and pool. On the sixth floor so no noise.

There is little atmosphere in the restaurant/bar area and the overall feel of the hotel is quite basic. Our bedroom backed on to the lift shaft so was quite noisy. The wifi kicks you off every time you close your device.

The hotel has a bright lobby area and a good parking system. It has a lovely swimming pool and great access to the beach. It is very clean with friendly staff, and breakfast was good.

Walls are super thin. If you have noisy people next to your room it is impossible to sleep.
