The aggressive behavior allowed in the pool areas. The lack of supervision. The pillows, linens, and towels and a musty odor, as did the room

I loved the shuttle to the boardwalk. I enjoyed the late pool hours. Unfortunately there were over crowding and aggressive behavior in the indoor pool that we were not comfortable with so we were unable to use that.

We were very pleased and happy with all the services and amenities, we arrived early and we were able to check in early and access all the amenities very early. all staff were a very friendly and helpful. It is very family friendly, we loved the shuttle rides to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoy the efficiency rooms with the small kitchenette but the bathrooms really need work. Our tub was cracked and peeling, the bathrooms are 1 step up from a camper bathroom. Mildew, black dirt or mold on baseboards and walls. Yellow “coffee” Stains and drips on walls that are not seen by housekeeping.

Lots of activities to keep the family busy. We love the pool and movie night.

The worst sheets ever. Very scratchy. So we make sure to always bring our own blankets and pillows. Not a huge deal.

Could use a lamp between the two beds. Overhead light was only light source in bedroom portion. Walls are thin and can hear TV and conversations from next door room.

Housekeeping could have been better. Towels/wash clothes were not left on day 2. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Hair all over floor.

Pools were fun for the kids. Movie Night was great selections. Easter weekend. Close to everything. Easy access to food, shopping and boardwalk.

I didn’t like that there were ants everywhere sink bed floor walls. Also they didn’t specify when booking that the outdoor pool was closed. I didn’t like that before checkout cleaning staff open the door didn’t even knock and I’m glad I had the inside chain on or they would’ve gotten in. That was a whole hour before checkout. They apologized but still.

I like that you can tell they can accommodate a lot of people. And staff was nice specially at the indoor pool and cleaning staff.

The room was more motel like than resort. The room was clean on the surface, but a kids toy rolled under the bed and when I went to get it there was shoes and balls of hair. The room was non smoking but the scent of weed irradiated throughout the whole building. There was Easter candy under the safe. For the two nights we were there it wasn't bad, but if we were there for a longer stay I would definitely want to be in the cottages.

The pool and location were great. We only got to see the indoor but the outdoor pool looked like it would be a great time when in season. The beds were comfortable and the staff was quick to address needs.

The room was outdated, and like the ship in front of our room we were sinking in those mattresses (very uncomfortable) you could literally feel you were sleeping in a hole.

The linens on the bed were awful. The rooms were kind of small for a family who is staying more than a night or two. The bathroom is small. The toilet is on top of the tub and right behind the door.

The indoor pool was the perfect depth for my littles. They had a good time and I could worry less about "the deep end". Life jackets and other devices were also offered! The playground was nice for smaller children, but my children (11, 9, 8) found it a little "booooring". Basketball, volleyball, and mini golf are all available. As are grills and picnic tables. During peak there is an outdoor pirate ship pool and a splash pad! There's a snack bar inside the indoor pool. I also liked the movie theater in the main building. The location was excellent. In summer though it wouldn't be the same! Traffic would be awful!
