A couple of negatives. The room was tiny. My spouse likes to sleep in, I like to get up early to do some work. It was impossible - so I had to sleep in too (ugh - LOL). By the time my wife got up and we went to the lobby for breakfast, at 9:36 am on Sunday morning, everything had been cleaned up. As we arrived another guest sitting in the lobby area commented that everything was cleaned up at 9:31, maybe the downside to that attention to detail. Breakfast ended at 9:30. No problem there, but the information sheet provided at check-in made no mention of the breakfast end time.

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. The room was very comfortable and incredibly clean. I was impressed by the attention to detail in everything I saw.

No much to dislike, but bed is on the softer side, just a heads-up for those who prefer firm beds.

Room is spacious and clean. Location is great, walking distance to Stearn Wharf and close to downtown promenade. Staff was helpful, accommodating, and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful property. Pool and spa. Fountains and outdoor patio areas (one with a beautiful fountain). Free cookies, coffee and tea, free hot breakfast (few options but still good).

Everyone working here is so kind. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are newly renovated and clean, the bed is comfy, the area is calm and quiet.

Honestly not a thing. Wish we weren't just passing through and had stayed longer.

Wonderful Inn. Fantastic accomodations. Very clean in a quiet neighborhood not far from pier. Great little "kitchen" nook. Though we didnt need or use as we were only there one night but would have been nice if we needed. Nespresso machine with coffee for personal use. Great Breakfast. Delicious fresh pastries. Clean and comfortable

The wall in the room didn't look so noise proof. We had hard times with the room next door, but fortunately, they solved for us. The air conditioning in the room should be better. The hotel facilities were good, but breakfast had too little option. Considering all this points and the price paid, I don't feel it's a good deal. They should improve some things in order to charge that much.

Staff was very good. We had problem with noise in the room next door and they kindly solved for us. They have coffee available and fresh baked cookies everyday which were very nice. Bathroom with good facilities.

The hotel is stunning and is in an excellent location, the room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and pleasant, but most importantly - the staff was so nice to us! Especially Benhamin who made sure to give us a perfect welcome. Totally recommend staying at the hotel!

The staff were very friendly helping us out with early check in. We hired bikes from the hotel for free and loved the freshly baked cookies that they put out in the afternoon. An easy walk to the Santa Barbara beach front. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing- loved our stay!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room was spacious and staff went above and beyond to give us information on the area. Breakfast was basic but great for the price- fresh pastries were lovely.

I liked everything but if I was staying for longer than 2/3 nights I’d prefer a hotel with a bar/restaurant

It was perfectly positioned, nice area! The room was big, modern & clean, comfortable bed too! Fresh cookie in reception were absolutely delicious and staff were nice! Great price too

Bed was creaky when only moving around. No room in front of bed. Hit my head on TV almost every time I got up in the night to use restroom. No room for walking in front of the bed. I had to take side steps from one side of the bed to the other. Difficult at night!

Room was great, parking was readily available, location is safe and so close to the beach and downtown.

It can be pretty noisy between units and on the bottom floors. Unfortunately, the gentleman at registration is professional and efficient but not friendly AT ALL. The evening staff are the complete opposite, super friendly, but during our stay we encountered the unfriendly man mostly and were afraid to even ask him a question. He upgraded my Mom which was very nice, so I hate to complain about him, but we had 3 rooms and he treated each of us the same. At least he’s consistent I guess.

Great location, very clean, decent parking. Lots of nice outdoor areas to enjoy the weather. Quick safe walk to the beach.

No negatives - greTmat value accomodation.

Really clean and modern suite - we were upgraded! The room was in excellent condition, has been very tastefully decorated and is well equipped. The location is great, only a short walk to the beech and close to State Street - the heart of Santa Barbara. After three weeks of travelling , it was useful to have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Coffee, fruit and biscuits are available all the time. Excellent place to stay in up-market Sant Barbara.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They even upgraded our room for free. We really liked staying here and would definitely recommend. The cookies were so good and location was perfect, really close to the beach.
