Could have given more facilities such as bath soap, shampoo etc. Room also felt a little crowded with eight beds. I knew it would have eight beds but thought the room would be bigger.

Pool crowded

Location was great, you can get everywhere from the nearby metro on 7th. Multiple cool restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as Staples centre. Many e scooters and metro bikes right next to hotel for hire too.

Lack of cleaning of the bunk bed room. The kitchen had only a fridge, cold/hot water, ice and a microwave. There were no plates, glasses, silverware - NOTHING. There were lack of cleaning of the kitchen - I found and killed a 1 cm long black bug there. Reported to the receptionist but didn’t see any improvement of cleaning I also

the charger in the bunk beds did not work, the sink came away from the wall(this was quickly fixed however), no water pressure for the shower, limited space hostel like feeling, blankets remind me of hospital blankets; think and rough

There's less interaction with other people staying because each room is separate and the shared lounge in the basement is like an employee break room and with 4 tables. Not the typical hostel I know and more of a hotel but still was a good choice for an affofable few nights.

The location was walking distance to bus stops and metro plus a shopping mall and other stores. The four-bedroom beds have individual lights, locker in the room and was clean. 24h front desk and nice workers.

The area could be sketchy at night. If you are not used to seeing the homeless and the smell of weed.

Comfortable designer dormitory with like-minded international travellers. Easy transport to all of LA and near to art, fashion district, cafe, restaurants, supermarket and shopping malls. 30 mins Uber to the Hollywood sign around $28. I would stay again and great service!

Covers were very thin. No privacy screens as previously stated in the booking. Only one large towel given in locker, had to ask for more.

Very walkable in terms of food, shopping.etc. Roof top bar was amazing! Fridge and microwave in lounge. Staff was nice and accommodating, I switched rooms to get a lower bunk bed. Would stay again.

Top bunk bed was hard to get into - toilet was in the one bathroom, not separate so was difficult when staying with 3 other people who needed to shower/use the bathroom. shampoo, conditioner & body wash weren’t included. Cleaner left a bag of dirty towels in our room. Was told my deposit would be refunded immediately but has now been 12 hours.

The area was slightly sketchy. Often we felt uncomfortable just outside the hostel. Could’ve been more cooking facilities for those staying in the hostel

In the quadruple room the bunkbeds were quite uncomfortable and very creaky. Although we had heating we were only given one thin blanket. We could have done with a kettle to make tea.

Wonderful historical building with New York vibe. Beautifully restored and decorated. Good location for downtown. Staff were great.

My roomates were very noisy. One seemed to be drunk, and in the first room I was offered the person seemed to have used some type of drug and was not in good mood, so I asked to change room, and was immediately attended.

Unfortunately there is no common room except the lobby which is a public bar at the same time. The wifi works semi well. The floors could be cleaned better, especially the carpertm, otherwise clean (toilet, bed, etc.). No hair dryer, sheets are very thin (just a linen, no duvet)

Stay in a Quad Room was good, spacious bathroom. Generally clean room, locker for each bed. Towels are available, room gets cleaned daily. The rooftop is very nice. Location good for public transport. Food at the Exchange is very tasty, and the Coffee bar makes a mean Flat White.

There is no information on how to order room service or where exactly all the restaurants are located in the building. It was a little confusing
