Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI couldn't go to sleep until the people above and beside me went to sleep. Had a room that shared a door with another room. Could hear everything, talking, TV, kids, and they weren't overly loud. I heard every footstep the persons above me took. I love the location of this building in the middle of town but along with that comes an older building without some sound-proofing.
The reception person when I arrived is awesome. She was friendly and very attentive to guests while at the same time fixing issues regarding no wifi. She should be commended on her positive attitude and attention she provides the guests. Location is great. Inside is very charming. Rooms are comfortable except that you hear everything going on beyond your room.

United States of AmericaPhotos on site are only of specific rooms on the upper floors. Standard rooms are smaller. Our room had an old mattress with deep ruts, so it was like sleeping in a canoe. It was a shame that the outside fireplace wasn't shoveled out, so it wasn't usable during our stay.
Prompt in responses to our questions and checked in on us. In the middle of the main st, everything was walking distance, including the free shuttle to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. 24 hour access to the coffee bar and our own private patio was a plus.

United States of AmericaWe could have used an elevator, but I understand that it is an old building so that’s normal. The bathroom was a little small. But the sinks were outside the shower and toilet, so that was good for four girls getting ready.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. Loved that it is a family run business. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location is fantastic

United States of AmericaWe were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in this older property. Everything has to be carried upstairs. While we stayed in the winter months, I would think during the summer that this 3rd floor can heat up.
The staff was very welcoming. The facility is clean and bed comfortable. The location is wonderful and within walking distance to all things on Main Street Frisco; parking lot out back for $15.00 per night. Breakfast snack bars and coffee available all day long and a 4-6:00 happy hour offering a good selection of beers. Located next door to Uptown and across the street from Grecco's restaurants. Great location for walking Main Street.

United States of AmericaOur room with mountain views didn’t come with a view and was connected to the lobby. We could hear people coming and going and it wasn’t as private as we would have liked. I assumed ample onsite parking was free and I didn’t expect for it to be not disclosed that parking was $15. Although there was free parking nearby on a dirt lot. I was surprised to find the WiFi was unsecure without a password. The hotel gave a 10% discount when our smoke detector started beeping and there weren’t batteries onsite.
Complementary snacks were a pleasantly surprising perk. We didn’t take advantage of the free happy hour drink. The lobby was very beautiful and location was great. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was above and beyond. Guest services was very responsive and helpful when I called before 10 pm

United States of AmericaThe room we were in at the back of hotel - had a light outside the building that kept the room a little too light at night. A room darkening shade would have been great for that room.
It was very nice- Kate was so great to talk with - and so Helpful. Thank you for everything Kate!

United States of AmericaCrowded festivals can be challenging, but only last a day or two and let historic Frisco shine.
Clean and comfortable. Remodeled older hotel retains charm while providing modern amenities. Squeaky wood floors add fantastic ambiance. Quiet hotel every time we've stayed, not a wild party place. Close to bars and restaurants for partying. Park your car and walk the entire town.

United States of AmericaLoud, no breakfast and parking was very inconvenient. They had paid parking ($15), which we were not made aware of when we booked. Free parking was 2 blocks away in a construction zone. Very disappointed.

United States of AmericaOur rooms location in the front by lobby was not ideal for a 1 year old. Lots of foot traffic. The shower drain was clogged and the shower pan filled with water quickly but the staff jumped right on it and and fixed it up for us.
