Building is dated and in need of repair. Not the cleanest hotel. You basically get what you pay for.

Needs more lighting and fix the patches in the walls and ceilings in the rooms. Fix the locks for front and balcony doors.

I didn't like that the pictures on the website made it seem like an up to date and new when that wasn't the case. The rooms were decent in size and having the bed in a separate room was great but the mattresses needed to be updated, the metal bed in the living area felt and looked like it was going to fall apart it was very wiggly and squeaky. The couch in the room was very dirty looking and stained, it definitely needs a deep cleaning or a coach cover. When we arrived it didn't look like our room had even been cleaned because there was sand and dirt all over the floor. out dated tvs in the rooms. The hotel only had one pool, and no hot tub. The rooms had not ceiling lights only lamps. Check out time is 10am but your key gets deactivated around 9am which was very inconvenient. We purchased two separate rooms for this stay and both were the same.

I liked the location, the price and the gulf view! Being on the first floor and able to just walk out to the sand was a plus. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool is clean, not heated and kinda small but the kids enjoyed it. I staff was super friendly and the office has coffee and snacks available for purchase. We would stay here again, we just look for the basics nothing fancy the kids enjoyed it. Some negative things that I think they should upgrade for a better customer experience but we were Still satisfied.

We got our room changed to a smaller room and on the 6th floor when the elevator was broken our whole stay. The room wasn’t super clean stains on sheets and around toilet floor was needed up and cracks all around the wall and balcony was super sticky and dirty

Elevator broken. Was not fixed for stay. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs. Rooms were in bad condition. Cleaning staff trying to maintain what they could. Loud guests all night but expected with spring break Hotel under construction Not alot of parking had to use overflow and cross busy street to get back and forth to car

The water wouldn't cut off in the tub and it ran all night I told the front desk people and they send someone to look at it they said they was going to get a screwdriver and never came back to fix it

I booked a king room, once I got there they checked me in and the room was a double bed room. I asked to get what I paid for and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. They was supposed to refund the room difference and never did. Other than that we had an amazing time! The spot was absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing, and the room was clean.

We paid for ocean view but the patio door was stuck closed so we couldn’t enjoy it . The toilet kept over flowing so we kept having to go get a plunger . The tub was nasty and the sink so we went to the local dollar tree and got some cleaning supplies to clean ourselves and plastic mattress cover for the bed . So we could shower the sand off us . The pet deposit is $100 for one pet and it’s non refundable . That’s a little high considering the rooms are run down and nothing really to destroy. The couch and chairs are stained up already . The first encounter with one staff lady she was really rude . The others were nice , I guess she doesn’t enjoy her job ? Or a bad day , who knows . We wouldn’t stay here again , the pet deposit with the price you could stay at a nicer place next door !

We loved it was on the beach and pet friendly . We loved that it had the option for ocean view even if the door wouldn’t open . They do have an outdoor pool ( we didn’t use it ) but that’s nice and they have a grill with a patio .

Rooms looking nothing like pictures on sight. However, as the hotel staff told us themselves the first night, "Honey, it's a 2 star hotel . What do you expect" No wash clothes and towels were lacking. There was a lot of Marijuana being smoked at property.

The room was old and needed repairs. The beds were cheap and made so much noise trying to move or turn on them. The room had 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a sofa bed but only 2 towels and you had to take dirty towels to get new ones.

The location was great. The price was good too. The reviews helped me to know what to bring like towels, pillows and blankets.

Both rooms had leaks in the ceiling from the floor above.. Grout needs cleaning badly. No towels in the room, we had to go get them and exchange them. They had no wash cloths at all. Couch had stains but we just put a sheet on it too sit down.

Location and price were amazing. Bed was comfy in one of our rooms. Id stay again
