They bathrooms were dirty. The shower curtain was molded and the lights did not work in the bathroom. The toilet paper was old rolls half used. There was sand already on the floors and no broom was available. The vacuum did not work.

In the condo the TV was hard to work. Washer and dry extremely load, the broom handle was broken. It is not as cozy as we would like. In the bunk room the tv didn’t work. The condo didn’t come with beach chairs.

On the beach, close to Walmart and target. And other stores. nice pool areas, gym and store love the bathtub, love the porch furniture

Bathroom could have been better at pool and no kiddie pool for little kids. The pools were both 3 feet and up.

Loved that the condo was right on the beach, nice size and open, great master suite and bath,family friendly. Loved it had 2 pools.

The male security guard that worked on day shift was a complete ass!! He harassed us every chance he got as well as other guests. Not being able to have floats in the pool was completely ridiculous considering I had my two year old grandson and couldn't take him to the pool cause security was telling us and other guest to get out with the floats. The last downside I had that will effect my not staying at the Aqua resort again was the fact that we had rented a golf cart due to all the traffic and we were not even allowed to park it at our property! We had to take the cart five miles to park at night which is also ridiculous. Management/HOA needs to certainly relook at some of their rules especially when people pay the amounts we pay to rent these units!! I have stayed at several places in PCB due to several trips a year taken and I would have to say that this was resort has some of the most ridiculous rules!!

I loved everything about the condo!! The host was very responsive when we had question, it's in a great location, on the beach with a perfect view from the balcony and the cleanliness of the condo was perfect. I definitely have NO ISSUES with the host or the room!!! All issues regard security and management/HOA!!!

The other elevators were hard to find at first, and there was a large crowd trying to go up. We finally found a second set of elevators, though. That made it easier to get to and from the 22nd floor.

I loved the location, and the view was amazing. I would stay again.

The TVs, could not get any sports or news. That was really bad. We couldn’t see any NBA Playoffs, no MLB, and no CNN, this was a big problem for us!!!

The guest bathroom toilet did not work. The entry door did not shut correctly so it was loud, it had to have been heard by our neighbors. The dishwasher soap door was broken and only half of the toaster worked. All closet doors did not work properly.

They take up majority of the beach with beach chair rentals, and chair where not set according to the city ordinance, was not 30 feet from water and was not a 20ft gap every 50ft made it tight for room for a family, unless you walked 200ft in either direction from beach entrance if you were lucky

the entrance to the door in our condo didn’t dead bolt and the master room door to the patio did not lock at all - safety hazard with young children especially only the 22nd floor. the other condos patio furniture was nicer, check in time is way too late, waste a whole day by not being able to check in till 5.

The water was not hot enough in the showers and we were told it was because everyone on the property was checking in and showering at the same time. Each unit has it's own water heater so it didn't make sense.

Aqua resort elevators were out of service making trips up and down horrible. Had to wait long periods to get on the elevators that were working.

There should be a lost and found for items left on beach, walkways, and in the garage. Beach should be cleaned each am very early. Rooms should be deep cleaned (baseboards and walls scrubbed, carpets & drapes cleaned, etc... ) once every 3 months. There should be extra clean linens and towels available. Neighbors were noisy in and out, doors slamming shut, loitering on balcony outside bedroom windows of our unit. I feel they should have a concierge to assist with unruly neighboring guests that violate quiet hour rules. Many attractions and activities too expensive for families to afford.

I got charge for a 2 bedroom but actually it was a 1 bedroom with a bonus room...front desk clerk stated it wasn't a 2 bedroom which they prove
