We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to be helpful. The beds were also super comfortable and overall, the property was clean. Not new and spotless, but clean. Breakfast left a little to be desired; it could have been better stocked with what they appeared to offer, and some fruit would have been a great addition.

United States of AmericaThis was our 5th time to stay at the Baymont in Fulton, Mo. We've always been extremely happy staying there, but this time there were no toiletries and only one person to work the desk the next morning. We went down to breakfast early but there was no coffee nor eggs, biscuits or bacon. We waited 30 minutes after I talked to the person on the desk and finally decided to go ahead and check out.
Our 5th time to stay there to visit our granddaughter at college. It's very convenient and comfortable.

United States of Americavery poorly staffed. only one person doing everything out front it seemed. she was very nice and trying. breakfast was very poor. front desk was trying to stock but couldn’t keep up. no one cleaned our rooms (we had 4 rooms for family during our stay and 3 stayed two nights and none got their rooms serviced). we have stayed here before several times and have been very pleased. this was not a good one and I was embarrassed to have all the family their for graduation this time.

I could not see to bottom of their pool.. although the chlorine smell was overwhelming. the health department would close it down!! the surface of pool was eaten and crumbling in the pool.. so hurt feet.. the beds are older.. the carpets in main hall ..sticks .. but I stay for the staff and breakfast.. would be better to close pool until maintenance can be done USE SOME FLOCK GO GET POOL HELP AT A REAL POOL STORE..NOT WALMART OR WHOEVER IS MAINTENANCE NEEDS TO LOOK AT YOUTUBE...

It was our anniversary and we had been traveling for weeks, so we booked a few days here to rest up and swim. When we informed the front desk of this and suggested we be compensated for lack of access to the pool, the woman only agreed to take our number and "call us back." She never did. Also, not near any restaurants.
Clean, relatively easy to find, quiet location, laundry facilities.
