Parking was bad, way too expensive The breakfast was cheap and had no meat. Coffee was unpleasant.

I imagine that some travelers would be put off by the recent lack of modern upgrades. All seaside structures require a lot of continuous maintenance against the salt air. Also the decor was in line with a owner-lady from a previous era. It was fine for what it was, and enjoyable, but some might want a more modern experience.

Sitting in our room looking out over the gulf with the beach and coast side road in between was very nice. In addition we went there on a music night, so the band playing down by the pool was a plus for us. We kept tour door ajar while we enjoyed the multigenerational tunes, and then when we went down for dinner, tipped the band for their contribution to the nice evening.

The property had a great location right on the seawall. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great.

The outside is slightly old but they did great in side the rooms and so super clean!! The pool was great location perfect and staff amazing!! Would highly recommend and we will be back!!

Kids from 2-17 in the Hot Tub ALL day everyday some with parents (all drinking alcohol) The kids never got out to go to bathroom so you know they were peeing all day in it. Also counted and were 20+ in hot tub at all times which was over capacity No monitoring by the staff! Not even the manager or GM after mentioning this to him. Adults could not enjoy this feature of the property!! :( Food by Nicks was only okay!

The room was smaller than the advertised one

I was okay with the location but the parking lot was small the room was smaller than advertised the bed wasn’t big enough for me it was full size instead of the queen size beds advertised. It was a good spot but just a little bit different than advertised.

Needs remolding, rooms smell old and musty and are not very big. The hot tub is nice but to crowded because they let people from the bar not staying at the hotel use it and it gets way too crowded.

Good size room nicely decorated with good size bathroom and. comfortable bed. Location on beach with view and super friendly / helpful receptionist at time of checking in. Breakfast was disappointing. No facility for indoor sitting g to eat so had to take to room. Cold by getting back so roomier improvement here.

The tub made odd popping noises. There was a circle of what looked like grey mold on ceiling above shower among water stains. The shower head is short-if you’re taller than 5’6 good luck. Low water pressure. The toilet had an open seat so it was difficult to put anything in the cramped room other than the floor or stack on top of stuff behind it while showering. It’s one room of many-I’m sure they don’t all have problems. There were bottle caps, a couple seeds etc random trash under the bed mostly along the edge. The vacuum could have reached most of those.

Check in was pretty seamless. I liked the comfortable beds, the table and chairs by the window, the cute room, across from beach . I liked the vanity setup and the two free bottles of water in fridge. Fridge was clean. Breakfast was good enough. Hot and cold options.

The beds we’re comfortable!! The television was TINY!! Could not read the guide on the screen while in bed! ( other rooms had much larger ones since all the curtains were open we could see in the un- occupied rooms ) or laying on the bed closest to the restroom, and the breakfast was fair/poor! , but the lady serving was nice and helpful.
