Had to wait till 7:00 a.m. for breakfast, and had to take it to our room to eat. No seating area around the lobby.

The parking spaces were small - some people had large trucks which made it hard to fit in, but it was doable. We never lost our spot after going out, but if it was a real busy night with guests upstairs, I would imagine it would be hard to park in front of your room.

The location was very good-across from the beach. There was plenty to eat for breakfast. We knew the property was older so there was not surprise there. We did not use the pool. There is an observation deck upstairs with plenty of seating which was very nice .

Semi private balcony had bird poop all over furniture, railings and floor. Room and restroom could use a thorough cleaning; lots of dust and stains. Definitely need more lighting in the room. Stairs to 2nd floor are slippery, railings and steps get and stay wet, dangerous 😳 Lastly, the free breakfast was horrible.

Access to beach. Access to on-site bar and restaurants. Pool is beautiful. Rooms are pleasantly decorated. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was okay, but do not like having to sit outside or go back to the room. Maybe this will return to a sitting area when the lobby remodel is done. Also, the last 3 times we have stayed (in different rooms each time), the drawers in the dresser don’t stay closed and are a problem if getting up during the night.

Wonderful location. We have been staying here several times a year for 15+ years.

The breakfast service could have been better. It was hot and the staff was friendly, but it didn't stand out in any way. Also the location (served outdoors in the back of the hotel) was a bit odd.

The location was perfect...right on Seawall drive across the street from the beach. While the exterior looked a bit dated, the rooms were good sized and well appointed. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was...the owners certainly care about the property and try to keep it up to date even though the property the property is likely over 50 years old.

Its overly priced. Only reason we could afford it, was because we split the cost of the room.

Breakfast was great. Bar was very nice, right by the pool. Bartenders were very good and made excellent drinks.

The doors were hard to shut so you had to slam them shut, & that would usually wake me up.
