We liked everything!

We loved the location! The room was spacious and the full kitchen was very helpful for a long stay. The pool and small beach were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Walls/paint - had some unrepaired spots. Blinds had hole in them. Could use a new mattress! Also could have a few paper or plastic cups for use in bathroom.

The restaurant food was in my view basic but the food generally was predominately fish and burgers. A big disappointment in the resort not only in the hotel. AS far as the tipping culture goes its now min 18% and gets up to 25% which makes for expensive eating. This alone will prevent me from ever returning to the USA. Its time the employers paid proper wages to their staff.

Room was in the annex at the front of the hotel which was not a problem , it was well proportioned with a sitting area. The room was spotless and provided the essentials to make your own snacks if desired, The pool was good as was the bar, the restaurant attached to the hotel was only just OK. The location on the harbour front was excellent and all attractions were walkable,

We had a room with a pull-out . The pull out was very uncomfortable. It needs replaced .

The holder for the shower handle was broken in the main bathroom. There were limited kitchen utensils for cooking. The couches were a little uncomfortable but we weren't in the room enough to be a problem.

The view from the room was phenomenal. The room itself was very nice and clean. There were upgraded appliances in the kitchen which were nice to use.

It is pricey (but then so is everything in Key West).

My family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and washer/dryer. Everything was as expected through reviews and photos. The space was clean and quiet, and the balcony was a lovely addition. The beds were very comfortable and we utilized both the kitchen and washer/dryer daily. We laid out on the lounge chairs downstairs by the dock to watch the sunset one night which was a great experience.

THE POOL WAS A JOKE. SIGN SAYS NO SAVING TABLES WITH UMBRELLES (ONLY 7) PEOPLE WOULD SAVE A TABLE WHEN IT OPENED 8.00 AM AND NOT USE IT UNTIL BINGO AT 1:00 PM. SIGN SAYS NO DIVING JUMPING IN WATER AND NO FOOD ALLOWED. KIDS JUMPING IN WATER AND PEOPLE EATING POOLSIDE; NO RULES WERE ENFORCED

Could not get any hot water in our shower. Definitely not enough umbrellas for shade around the pool or boardwalk.

Loved the location of the resort. The personnel at the Galleon were very nice & helpful. The pool was nice but see below. The bed was comfortable and the extra pillows were appreciated.

Don't book a room in the G Building. The noise from the street starts at 4:30 AM and woke us up each morning. We've stayed at this property before in other buildings, and had an amazing experience.

The location can't be beat! The pool, hot tub and observation deck were great.

The first room was on the street with no view, a little smaller but still pretty big. There was an incredibly bright light right outside the window which the blinds did not block out lighting up the room at night. And of course the noise from the guests above was unbelievable.

The resort had nice amenities including a pool, a hot tub, and a bar. It was right on the boat dock with a nice view. Our first night there we were in a room and the guests upstairs were extremely loud, to the point where I couldn't sleep even with ear plugs. They moved us to a new room in the morning and after that is was great.

Surprised the room had no balcony and felt like it was not even part of The Galleon. Door exited to the street. No way to view that on website when selecting room. Room had no drawers available for clothing storage.
