I did not like the cleanliness of our room. It was disgusting. I have pictures of cigarette butts, dog hair, and garbage behind our bed. Supposedly supposed to be a non-smoking room. Also, our showerhead was horrible.

I like the fact that they offered lemon water and coffee. I also liked that the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful

Stair case to the parking lot had been used by some homeless people. Rubbish everywhere, very bad, unpleasant smell

hair dryer not working

The elevator closest to our room did not work which was a pain because my husband had recently had foot surgery. We were placed on the third floor when I specifically requested a ground floor. I was told my request could not be accommodated. Our room was comfortable but definitely could have been cleaner. There were very few towels available - only 2 full size bath towels, one hand towel and no wash cloths. One of the locks on the door (looked like what would have been used for a key) was completely missing. To close the door and get it to lock we had to slam it really hard. Upon arriving home after our vacation I noticed an additional $2.95 charge on my account. I have no idea what this could have been for.

The location of this hotel is great, right on the main road facing the ocean.

I wouldn't say I don't like it but it is an old facility and you can see the wear in places. Sometimes the room smells a bit musty.. When it is warmer and people use the poo,l all the pool view rooms are kind of noisy because of the people playing around the pool. I would imagine the nice hot breakfast would be harder to get to if the place was more crowded. but in quiet times the dining area is quite nice.

I stay here in during the week when they they offer winter rates and its a great value. I like the hot breakfast and when I have a room facing the pool and it's not busy it's nice to look out on the palm trees and the pool. also it's very convenient if you want to use your full day pass on the 61st street. you can fish come back to your room rest of it and then go fish again when the tide is favorable.

Facility has little attention to detail. Room wasn’t serviced each day. Had to ask for more towels, coffee and TP. Room safe was not functioning.

Location was great! Easy access (some are walking distance) to restaurants, shops and grocery store. There is a heated pool and nice outside relaxing area.

The room seemed updated but I found mold on the window curtains and the heater was really loud. Then the maintenance man showed up to fix it randomly. I also wasn’t told about all the information for my stay like for the pools and when I went to check out early the lobby was closed so I had to call to make sure they checked me out.
