You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaToilet articles (makeup remover, shower cap, body lotion, etc.) were absent from bathroom. Only one towel, hand-towel, and washcloth were provided for two guests. On the last day of our stay, the television stopped working (we were told it was a hotel-wide issue). I had the French Toast for breakfast on our last day and some of the toast was soggy/mushy.
The hotel decor is amazing! The location is extremely accessible. The staff was cordial and responsive.

United States of AmericaThe shower door was sort of broken so it didn’t open and close properly. The room had no fridge. The towels were stiff and scratchy. The WiFi didn’t work for three of the four nights we were there.
The bed was comfy, and the room was clean and so large!

United States of AmericaThe restaurant and bar need some specials for Mardi Gras! Food specials especially that are kid friendly! Drink prices were way too high. Last year there was food that was easy to take out on parade route.

FinlandThe second morning they failed to offer breakfast even though it had been paid in advance, probably some malfunction in the kitchen. The hotel failed to mention they were undergoing renovations. The personnel at the reception was not very friendly.
The location was good by the old town car line. The hotel had a breakfast, which you could select form a menu. It was very basic.

Luckily I was on the 3rd floor so the stairs weren’t a problem but I knew someone on the 9th floor. Breakfast wasn’t great either and I found it pricey.

United States of AmericaIt takes some close looking, but room furniture is worn and things are a tad rough around the edges. It's good value for money, though. Even though it was convenient, the parking cost was pricey. And (something I need to follow up with): it appears was double charged for my room, having booked it / paid here on Booking, then being charged again when giving my card for the "deposit" that was supposed to be removed after my stay.
The location is the draw -- it's right off the St. Charles street car line and close to downtown. The room was nice and comfortable; the staff / valets were very friendly and helpful.

It was also down the following morning when I was checking out so they were unable to print out a receipt and were taking names and email addresses to send after the fact; I still have not received it.
The hotel location close to downtown was great and the hotel itself seemed very nice.
