You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I don’t really like their complementary breakfast. I think it could be upgraded a little more and maybe a different layout and set up.
It’s one of my favorite hotels to visit in my hometown when I just wanna get away from home with my kids and the pool is always super clean. The water is always the perfect temperature and the staff is just welcoming.

Staff on check-in could be more customer-friendly - a helpful friendly young lady was being constantly interrupted by a male staff member (manager) who was speaking to her in Spanish and ignoring us. It looked unprofessional. The bedsheets didn't fit the bed correctly.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking. There were ants.
The free breakfast was great: fresh waffles, fruit, muffins, and eggs. That was more than I expected. The location was great, right in between the Keys and the Everglades. Overall, I was like not mad.

That I was blown off about my stuff taken !! No apologies, no looking into it, no offer to replace the items. No handi-cap parking close to rooms. Pool closed too early.
Everything was great except one complaint, someone tried to log into my laptop and failed. Thanks to my set up , is how I knew they tried. I also could not find my action camera upon checking out. We did not loose it , we actually had to leave it before heading out for day because the battery was not charged in time. So clearly, someone in housekeeping has sticky fingers and I believe would have also taken my laptop if they had been successful getting in it. Thankfully the action camera only costed $90 , but all the extras... I couldn't begin to place value there because I had two gallon sized of accessories for it that went with it .. maybe $100 worth?🤬. I informed the front desk and unfortunately she did not care as I was blown off. ANOTHER ISSUE WAS THE PARKING.. MY HUSBAND IS HANDI-CAP , AND THERE IS NO HANDI-CAP PARKING SPOTS AROUND THE WHOLE BUILDING / PARKING AREAS.. EACH BUILDING PARKING AREA SHOULD HAVE ONE HANDI-CAP SPOT . We was not only ones, a young man whom required a special bed that he traveled with was forced to park far away from his room as well, so all his equipment he required was a huge ordeal to get to his room.. OH, they did have Security that walked the property at night which was nice . The area isn't great, we have stayed at other area hotels in past and all had probs with drug addicts either nodding out in parking lot or cars broken in nightly. This hotel is only one I know of that has security.. So your cars will be safe, just not your rooms when gone. Other than those bad things , I REALLY THOUGHT THE PLACE WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME IF NOT FOR THIEVING.. THE COURT YARD WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL !!!! THE POOL CLOSED TO EARLY BUT WAS CLEAN. THE COURT YARD, THE SECURITY, AND THE PRICE IS HONESTLY WHAT MAKES THIS HOTEL WORTH THE STAY...JUST LOCK UP ANYTHING OF VALUE AND DO NOT LEAVE IT IN YOUR ROOM !!
