-The wood floors were greasy/waxy and left residue on our socks and feet -The floor of the tub possessed the same greasy/waxy feel; made it difficult to not slip and fall. -The gas fireplace doesn't produce a visible flame -The hair dryer burns out after 30 seconds. So I'd wait a few minutes and then use again for 30 seconds. I repeated this cycle until my hair was dry.

-We've stayed here many times in the winter over the last several years. This was the first and only time that the mattress was moderately comfortable and the sheets were not pilled. Prior to this stay, the sheets were like sleeping on rice crispies and the mattresses were worn down right to the coils. This felt like a newer mattress with layers of padding on top of it. -Thick bathroom towels

While everyone was super nice, it took an exorbitant amount of time to get dinner, drinks and breakfast next day. Literally sat down without water or a menu for over 20 minutes. Food was good and again everyone was nice just don't understand why staffing was so hard. It didn't seem overly busy. That said, I'd come back for sure.

The staff who was getting ready to check us in was using his fingers to eat licked it clean and wiped his hands in a napkin to check us in. I had to ask him to wash his hands….that’s gross!! 😞😡

The restaurant/bar was not well staffed and very loud. The prices seemed a little high.

The room and hotel had a western motif which was appropriate for the location. The bed was very comfortable.. The in-room coffee was good. The bathroom had everything you needed.

We loved the balcony with a view in our room, and the fireplace in our room. The restaurant and bar were cozy and yummy. Breakfast downstairs was good. And we loved the hot tub!

Beautiful property in close proximity to Rocky Mountain NP. Very friendly front desk staff and perfectly clean rooms with a rustic mountain flair. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a day of hiking. Would book this property every time again!

Everything! What a gem, and at an incredible price! The location, immediately off I-25, was perfect, the room was spotlesd and very comfortable, and the staff were all wonderful! We would highly recommend this hotel! Also, we would highly recommend Napoli's Italian Restaurant--amazing food and wonderful people!

The amenities are lacking. There was no place to eat because (I guess) it was the off season. There was supposed to be a restaurant at the hotel, but there was no breakfast or dinner while we were there. Even the coffee in the lobby area was not free.

The room itself was great - comfy beds and it was clean. The walls are thin but the decor was nice and the rooms were big. Also, it was a great location for the west side of RMNP.
