The room of the condo and full kitchen. 123A was a little dated but I’m not here for decoration tips. Comfort and cleanliness is what matters. It’s close to the strip and locations I frequent a lot.

The indoor pool was a little chilly. But it was still enjoyable. Sometimes the parking garage can be a bear to park, but usually could find a parking space.

We had a very nice room with all the amenities. It was a very cozy time! The property was undergoing renovations so they are improving!

It seemed like our A/C didn’t work very well in the room. When we arrived the outside temperature was in the 80s. The thermostat was already set at 71 and it was 76 in the room. Not a huge deal since the temperature was set to drop to the 40s for the next few days, however, when the temperature did drop outside, the temperature in our room didn’t. We left the A/c on and it stayed at around 73-74 even with it being in the 40s outside. Not a huge deal, we opened the balcony door if we wanted to cool it down somewhat (we like it cold lol). The shower head stopped working properly halfway through the visit, again not a huge deal because it still sprayed water just not properly. Nobody came to clean the room while we stayed. Not sure if this is normal for this hotel or not or maybe something that started during Covid? We had to get extra towels since none were brought to our room and the dirty ones were not picked up. If this is the policy nobody explained that to us. None of this was a dealbreaker for us, but maybe things that could be fixed.

My family and I stayed here previously 4 years ago and had a great time. We decided to stay here again this trip. The location is good, you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg pretty easy and there is a parking deck at the hotel. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool and hot tub. There is a fire pit in the common area that was nice in the evening. The room was clean and the employees at check in were very nice.

My only complaint was the trash pick up in the early morning. So noisy!

It was convenient to walk through Gatlinburg. No parking issues were a big plus.

Room was in noisy location near basketball court, but overall quiet at night. Facility was dated but overall clean and functional and very roomy. I would stay there again.

When we got to our room it was dark and felt like a basement. It was not at all like the picture shown. We called booking but they wouldn't really help. They told us they would contact the front desk but didn't even have the correct number or email. When I told the lady she had the wrong number and tried to give her the correct number, she said she couldn't use it. We knew this cause we was on the other phone with the front desk. I was very disappointed with booking. So booking was no help. I'm so glad Joe at the front desk was able to help us and get us moved.

The staff was really accommodating. We loved Joe at the front desk. He was so nice. He switched our rooms cause we asked for a balcony and we also didn't want on the bottom floor. The condo was really nice that the facility switched us to. It was really roomy and peaceful.

The decor and furniture was dated and there were several outlets and usb plugins in the lamps that did not work in the room. Also, although the indoor pool was heated, it was still very cold so it made it hard to enjoy it.

The room was very clean and spacious. They also had plenty of towels and washcloths in there and extra blankets. We had a suite so it had a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the room.

Could have been cleaner. There was popcorn under the bed. The trash cans were gross and there was crustys left on the sink faucet. The toilet was wobbly. It had all the dishes you would need except a pot. Glad I checked before shopping for our food. Easy fixes though

The hotel is 5-6 blocks off the strip and the walk down was fine but back was all uphill..after walking all over the strip..lol. Not a terrible walk though!

The indoor pool was very warm and same for the hot tub! The pool and hot tub were clean and was a very wonderful bonus to this place!

Our heating/cooling unit did not work properly. Parking deck was confusing and did not accommodate vehicles adequately. Entrance/exit was too narrow.

It was conveniently located to restaurants, businesses, and shops within walking distance.

In room 215A we had a fire place but it did not work. The switch that turns it on was broken. This is the main reason we booked this room. Called front desk about it but no one came. Parking garage was tight. Needs better lighting and signs.

The condo was nice, big and clean. Within walking distance of shopping food and attractions. Our condo patio overlooks the creek and the beautiful mountains and you can see the walking bridge. We would stay here again.
