The temperature in the room is controlled by reception who didn't always answer the phone, so you are forced to go down to reception each time to adjust the temperature.

The whole place was dirty. They never had a hair dryer to borrow in 14 days I was staying. No one really cleaned the room, until we had to ask. The lobby and outdoor was dirty and very worn out.

Location was amazing!! I loved that I could hire a bike and attend a yoga both for free! The lobby and restaurant was looking great, plenty spaces.

Parking is an issue around the hotel. Far away from Ocean Drive. Hotel beach towels are small.

There is a nice vibe in the hotel. Rooms are basic, a bed and towel. That is it. Beds are comfortable. Slept on the 3rd floor, no noise or so ever.

Unfortunately the restaurant connected to the hostel had the closing time wrong, it closed one hour before the schedule so I couldnt had anything :( but there was a lot of places close by.

The room was great! The bathroom was spacey and looked clean (a bit too wet but thats on the roomates). The beds had a socket and usb charge and the room silent. The facilities were also great with a pool table, pool... Sadly I was there only for one night.

The music played by the DJ in the lobby was far too loud. I didn't like walking in to that every day - it felt like there ought to be a party going on for the volume of the music, only it seemed people in the lobby / common areas were straining to concentrate on their laptops or hear their phone calls. It's kind of isolating and overwhelming and it felt out of place for the lovely environment the hotel has created in the lobby and chill-out area. There was nowhere to get away from it unless you left the hotel or went up to your room. The A/C in reception was freezing haha but I think that's the norm here! Also, the free wifi was really slow in my room which made it harder to work. I wasn't aware there was a paid option so the staff could definitely up-sell that at check-in.

The staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. Check in was super quick and easy which was great after a long day of travel and late night arrival. The room was very clean and modern, the bed was so comfy and we were never disturbed by other guests, despite being right by the elevator. We had a nice view of the beach from our window. Location: we liked being slightly out from South Beach so it was quiet and calm (we stayed during Spring Break) and about at 20 minute walk to get to the more popular areas. Beach is across the road. Starbucks is next block and opens at 5am! Perfect for coffee and sunrise on the beach when jetlag had us awake early! There are all-day lockers for your valuables which we used when we had to check out, think a large was only $10. Late check-out is reasonable at $20/30. Free refillable fountain water so we didn't need to keep buying water. Uber eats was really easy to order and receive there. All in all, a great experience.

The temperature in the common areas was freezing cold due to air conditioning making it really uncomfortable to stay there, considering the crazy difference with the outside temperatures. This is really the best way to get a flu. We had no chance to get a beach towel, even by asking a few times in different days. The restaurant in the hotel is not the best and definitely overpriced. The bath items are divided (one room for the shower, one room for the toilet and the sink is outside) not ideal for me.

The hotel looks pretty new and the room was spacious, clean, nicely furnished. Pretty silent with very comfy beds. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop for: the Miami trolley, the airport bus, the Big Bus Tours bus and other useful lines, this was great for moving around and exploring the city. The pool area as well as the indoor common areas are nice and well equipped. The fact of having a restaurant in the building is a nice plus.
