An older hotel that has character and style. The room was very large and well furnished. They also have an excellent breakfast.

While the rooms were very large, the bathroom was very small.

It is an older hotel with character. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a very large room with plenty of room to spread out. The buffet breakfast is large and of good quality.

It needs some TLC. Overpriced for the condition and overcrowded room. Shower/tub no bars to hang a wash cloth. No shelves in the shower to put your things. Roll up shade on window with no way to pull it down. You would have had to have a tall ladder. Entered on far end and had to walk through the entire place to get to the lobby.

It was clean. The hot breakfast was good.

Slow internet, TV didn’t get major networks, sink faucet had low water volume and spout against the sink rim. Appreciate historic structures, expect some wear, but carpets in several public areas looked dirty , had stains. No hooks in bathroom for clothes.

Friendly staff, breakfast buffet better than most hotels, comfortable bed, quiet, overall clean room.

The one window hand no blinds. It only had shear curtains. The window treatments need to be updated ASAP.

The hotel was very good. It’s the third time I stayed. The area is noisy. It seems like the cars there don’t have mufflers

The room could use some cosmetic repairs such as cracked and missing tile on the exterior of the jacuzzi. The cold water faucet in bathroom sink just spun around and around.

Great location in the city. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Free parking at surface lot next to hotel. Just off the highway so convenient when passing through as I was. Breakfast is fantastic.

The lobby was dreary and uninviting for such a grand hotel with a rich history of guests and events. There were shady characters hanging out at the back entrance to the parking lot. I did not feel safe or comfortable.

We enjoyed staying in a hotel with a rich history. The view from the Johnny Unitas room was great!

Access gate to parking lot was very sporadic. There were two smashed cars in the parking lot near entrance that gave it a little doubt about safety in the lot. Wall paper in our room was stuck to wall with three inch clear shipping tape.

Its a long walk from the parking area into the front desk. My wife is disable and its difficult for her to walk that distance.

Love the history of the property. Have stayed in a jacuzzi room a few times and always happy with the room. The price of a jacuzzi room is very reasonable. Like the free gated parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Buffet style with many foods to choose. Possibly the best complimentary breakfast I ever had.

There wasn't much to not like. The cable went in and out and the breakfast was fair but would definitely stay again.

There was a toilet brush in toilet upon arrival. I could smell marijuana strongly everytime I left the room passing the room next to mine. There was no liner in ice bucket.

The spa tub was relaxing. The room was nice and warm. The breakfast was good.

The location is pet friendly, we are not. The room had dog hair on the sofa, but the staff was incredibly helpful and gave us a new upgraded room with a view.

Room were very outdated but clean. really need some updates. Our bathroom was in pretty bad shape.

Breakfast was great, good selection if you got there early but if you were closer to closing some items were not available and I'm not talking 5 minutes more like a half an hour. Close to alot of downtown restaurants
