They didn't honor my reservation but charged my card on file now I'm waiting for a refund

Price is a lil high I think considering the pool isn't even open to pay a pool view price. They don't offer breakfast just coffee. And some rooms are very out dated. ÀaAAA

First of all don't say you have breakfast because ding dongs ,juice and coffee is not breakfast I was very disappointed about the breakfast you need to really work on that

My first room upon approach looked as if someone had tried to kick it in and when u opened it the entire frame with the metal components flew off. Also through out the enemies there was a last fighting and screaming with her boyfriend about 2 or 3 episodes.

Room was not clean, bathroom especially. Room did not have coffee or mugs so went to get coffee which going outside then back in to lobby was not great in the rain. But then coffee maker broken as well as hair dryer.

Location was convenient and the noon check out was fantastic. Both staff I dealt with were phenomenal, extremely friendly and kind. Lobby was very nice and clean to. Parking was convenient.

The room was not bad but did not feel comfortable because of the clientele lingering around. Was not sure our door was actually locked. Actually modified our stay to one night instead of two. Location was also futher away than we anticipated

Well the baby in the next room kept us up from 4 am to 7am it was crying walls are paper thin and our carpet was wet due to refrigerator was not working it was leaking.

all the sockets/outlets/ plugs in my room except the ones using the fridge and tv area were loose so couldnt plug up much because the plug will just fall right out, when we first walked in room bed had some type of crumbs in it, one of the blankets had burns on them, our room key cards kept going out and i had to keep replacing them, they offer a pool but had it closed when we arrived talking about memorial weekend like we will be able to freely just get in the pool during memorial weekend , staff had just WALKED IN while we were still getting dressed while we was still in there saying it was time for check out but still had a whole night there so the communication for who checks in and out wasnt the best … dont wanna seem to bash but definitely recommend other options next time

the room had a microwave and fridge, the front desk staff was nice and cool responded to issues quite fast

My room ket stopped working and they gave my a replacement. I find it suspicious when things change about my room with no explanation from staff. They should have asked for identification to allow me access to a room.

they have a busy bar. It is like a resort. It is getting old but i liked the design having both inside and rooms outside with quick access to cars. The pool has a cool shape and the room felt more secure than i expected.

Booking was supposed to include breakfast. There was no breakfast. The motel explained they have not served breakfast since the beginning of COVID three years ago. This was Booking.com's error.

Staff were very courteous and accommodating.

a lady through a vase through the glass windows and glass got on me and in my purse the manager only apologized to me !

There was no breakfast. Carpet stained. Had to move microwave to nightstand for plug to reach. Air-conditioner controls battered and hard to manage. Exchanged a broken iron for a working one (no problem). We arrived on a weekend and the surroundings reeked of marihuana. Lots of shouting but, happily, the kind desk clerk assigned us a quiet nook far from the pool.
