could have been cleaner as in the floors swept/vacuumed. Some things could have been updated but not at all a problem just an observation.

loved this place. very large rooms with large porches(front and back). heated swimming pool with direct access to the beach. I also loved the grills around the property and that they give you grilling utensils in the room to encourage use. Parking was great here also. The location was directly 30 min from historic downtown Savanna and 20 min from Tybee downtown. The only reason it didn't get 10 is that it could have been cleaned better. Someone else out-fit was left in the dresser and the floor needed to be swept/vacuumed better.

There was a huge kitchen but it had literally no dishes nor any silverware and no dishwasher despite having two ovens and a microwave. Also there were no bed linens on or available for the bunk bed room and we had two children in our party.

Dead cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. I know ya can’t always help bugs but this was yucky.

No kitchen towels, hot pads. Some electrical outlets didn't work in the kitchen. The hide a bed was very dirty under the cushions. Needed a good cleaning.

The place allowing very loud music to be played upstairs and on the outside deck which meant everyone else couldn’t go out to the pool and enjoy it

No staff on property. Had to go to another location to check in and out. Power went out at 11:30p through the night, so no air conditioning or refrigerator, cell phone or wifi. To be fair there was a downed electric pole and 6000 people lost power. Hallway outside of room very musty! The room was ok, not great. You are paying for location.

Essentials in the room. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper when we arrived and no extra one. We didn’t have a blanket on the bed just a sheet and coverlet. No hand towels. We called down to the Desoto and they sent someone over to bring us the items that should have been in the room. I realize that it was spring break but the noise from the upstairs guests was terrible.

We were not able to have breakfast at the property. We stayed at the Georgianne inn.

You could tell this was an older beach building because there was some moisture smell in the room. Some things could be updated. I also wish I knew I had to check in at a different location, not at the inn.

The place was perfectly located with easy beach access. It was a quaint little beach hotel that was ideal for a short stay. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. The grounds were kept up nice and the room had everything we needed.

The property was clean and had some updates, only downfall is the unit could benefit from new carpet. Also, did not know to check in at Desoto Beach Hotel instead of the property.

The property is beautiful and is within a short walking distance to the beach. The room had plenty of space for the two adults and three kids that stayed. We only stayed one night as we were traveling through, but definitely will be back in the future for a longer stay!

We rented the small apartment. The shower was so small You can barely turn around in it. Poor water pressure.. No ice maker in Refrigerator. It is need of updating. The carpet is very old and dirty. We made sure to keep shoes on because it felt grimy. our second night there people were running up and down the breezeway yelling and screaming until 1am. They stopped when someone from a residence next door starting yelling at them to shut up. We didn’t feel safe during that time. Also, to check in you have to go to the Desoto about a mile down the road.

The pool area was clean. There is a path that leads to the beach. not a bad walk at all. We had no problem with parking, although the parking is very dark at night. It could use some security lights. The apartment was vacuumed and dusted. We had clean sheets and towels. Overall, it was OK. But I won’t stay again.

When we got there, we dropped our stuff off and left right away to eat. When we got back, we turned the lights on in the kitchen to put our leftovers in the refrigerator and there were a lot of bugs in the kitchen.

We were able to walk everywhere we went. The beach was super close. Staff was awesome.

no breakfast, but Affiliated hotel provided breakfast did not find out until we got there that we had to go to another hotel affiliated with this one to check in. don't think it was posted on website, but it was posted at the hotel.

The kitchen was very poorly equipped. Ancient glassware and a few rather dirty bowls, virtually no silverware. We lived off disposables and glad that we had the basics with us. The family overhead had noisy children and lots of banging on the floor. We had wanted a garden view, but would have preferred peace over scenery. As this was a winter and it was empty and we could have easily switched rooms if this had been offered.

The floors were dirty. Needed sweeping. The shower was too small for a regular sized man I'm 5 11" 205#. The safe did not work. The bed was so worn out wife slept in it and I slept on the pullout in the living room. Seemed like the sides were broken down all the way around. There was a sweet spot right in the middle. Stay at your own risk, we won't stay there again
