Cracked coffee pot. Chair on balcony ripped. Was probably old. Remote to tv had corroded batteries and didn't work. Didn't get new remote till the next evening.

The area was great even though the pool police were hostile.

The room did have a few defects like the door getting stuck on the floor to shut for the front door and bathroom, there were like left over items in the cabinets from other people stays which was kind of weird because I don't think many people would use others left over stuff not knowing who used them before so I feel that should of been cleaned up better. Also, no pool towels and only offered 3 towels all weekend,

The place was a hidden gem on the beach and fairly close to everything around. The facilities were great and the room was clean and decent sized. The beds were a good size and accommodated us. The balcony was a great way to hang out with friends, etc. The host was attentive the day of arrival and while we were there.

No real ocean access. Pool closes way too early. Neither the fault of property owner. AC did not work very well.

The location is amazing! The room was very cute and beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen had things that you didn't know you needed. The owners were super amazing at checking in with you and forwarding local info.

It was to expensive for what we got. The furniture was old and the toilet was broken. They should get professional cleaners every blue moon to keep the property up. But over all I give the stay, price, conveniency 6/7

There was no shampoo and conditioner. The iron was broken. No beach towels available.

Kitchen amenities were great although I didn't actually use them - my loss. The bed was very comfortable! Having two restaurants within walking distance was great.

Beach smelled HORRIBLE. Tried to lay on the beach but felt I was getting sick due to the overwhelming smell. Had issues getting in due to the process of having to give credit card info in an email. Because this process did not work, I had to send photo of my ID and credit card via text which seemed suspicious. This took much back and forth with the host. Coffee machine had rust. Seemed like not even a basic cleaning had taken place. 2 plates, 2 mismatched glasses and an old bottle of oil and coffee was in cupboard from who knows how long ago.

Pool is lovely overlooking the water, and we saw a manatee. Weight room had enough to make a workout worthwhile.

The other times we’ve stayed in other rooms at the same location we have had paper towels and dish clothes in the kitchen. This was good when prepping food to take on the boat or to the beach, or making coffee. This one did not. Only had our bathroom towels. Not a big deal but we we would have packed some if we knew.

We always love staying in Little Harbor. The room was comfortable and clean. Location and amenities are why we keep coming back to the area.

Private beach was unswimmable with seaweed and shark and stingrays sightings daily. Sunset and Hooks restaurant bars were almost unaffordable. Couldn't find where or info on shuffleboard and cornhole equipment.Unusual odor from apartments hallway.

The rooms felt misleading. I reserved a king with a kitchen. I got a queen with a tiny Kitchenette. The AC worked fine during thr day but seemed to not cool down at night. A broom in the room could have been helpful and there were 3 cups total... 1 white wine glass, 1 chipped coffee mug and 1 plastic wine glass that comes apart. There were no sharp knives and the water never gets hot in the "kitchen" sink i had to wash our dishes in the bathroom. I also felt super uneasy about how they request a pic of CC and drivers license. I understand the whole damage deposit but it feels this should be run through booking not a shady CC pic

I loved the location! The beach was easily walkable the pools comfortable 2 restaurants to choose from and actually dolphins in the bay to watch swim by.

We couldn't have a decent shower. The water flow was bad , barely coming out. The shower curtain was dirty and moldy .

Studio apartment was spacious, well laid out. Beds were fine. It was close to the pool.

Nobody explained how to get into gym area, where garbage went, where ice machine is, etc etc. A booklet in room would be helpful for guest to navigate property.

It was a little confusing getting to our unit. Too much texting and communication not easy. Got in room and it didn't have a sitting area, a kitcken table and chairs, a safe, a heated pool. The bed were in a king size mattress cover which made a bad noise when ever you moved in the bed. The freezer has never been thawed. The desk top was peeling and very much not user friendly. No coffee pot in room. Quinn fixed things as we communicated with her in texts. Things should of been done before we arrived. The pools heater were not working and pool company man only, knew they weren't scheduled to fix

Space and enviorment, jacuzzi even if only 1/2 the jets work.
