Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NO gluten free options at all for breakfast :( There was a sign saying GF available on request , but when I asked the attendant she didn’t know what I was talking about & then pointed to 2 cereals with gluten. Juice for breakfast. Also, no cream for coffee, only coffee mate 😏 Tried to do a laundry , but the only drier was out of service 😒

Some things aren’t working properly but our room & facilities were clean so I have no complaints.
The property was clean, comfortable & quiet. Some of it is looking tired but no complaints re our room.

The room was great. Glad it had a tub/shower combo. Fireplace was a wonderful bonus. The tv was kind of in a strange place because of the fireplace, but everything was great. The mattress was a little too hard for me, but I survived!!
Breakfast was wonderful and staff fantastic! Front desk staff was excellent and very helpful with suggestions on places to go and where to eat.

The TV did not work at all. I had a headache and forgot my Tylenol. There were no extra incidentals at the front desk.
Very clean and roomy rooms. Love the balcony view. The heater kept us very warm on a very chilly night.

as a hotel more targeted for business travellers, and short stay guests, i have no complaints. couldnt think of much that didnt meet expectations. so just sharing my thoughts here for the word count.
i last came here in 2011, and i came back because (1) i remember that it is close to the gilroy outlet mall (2) i liked the bears' theme. breakfast options are great and it is a comfortable place for people to chill out in

Needs more vending machines not just the ones in the lobby.
I like the design of the hotel felt very cozy as if we weren't in the city like if we were on the woods somewhere.

Rugs were dirty. Kids feet turned black walking barefoot.
Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool was fun and clean. Beds were comfy. Room was cleaned well.

The room wasnt as clean as I would have expected. There was hair in our shower and the floor was dirty. Also, for the price being charged the room is a lot smaller than anticipated. There wasn’t much room to move around, only to sit on the beds. Also, our shower stopper was broken, and the ceiling has holes in it. Also, we were told that we would get a $50 gift card for booking two nights but we never received it?
The breakfast was good. The service at check in was excellent

the room had no hangers or hooks to hang any clothes. coffee maker not working. Fortunately they had an excellent automatic coffee maker in lobby.

Breakfast room was filled with workers. Seems like contractors/ construction workers get a discount at this hotel. Breakfast items had limited supplies. Many work trucks filled parking spaces.
Room on 3rd floor was comfy.
