Lawn maintenance at 7am, that was noisy. Sofa in living room was not comfortable. Toilet had flushing issues.

Via booking site no clear information was given which exact accomodation would be given. Location of the house/accomodation was next to large crossing/road. The pool was 7 minute drive by car.

One thing I was a little discouraged about was the time the waterpark opens and closes. 10 am to 6 pm is a small amount of time in my opinion.

Under construction while we were there. No railing on balcony so could not use. Noisy and dirty in the immediate yard area.

The waterpark is nice but too small for the amount of people that are there. Also with them only allowing 500 people in, if you did not get there early you would not get in. If you leave to say go have lunch, because you can not bring your own food in, you most likely will not get back in. Which is another big downside. Having slides at other pools would be a big plus for the families that do not want the big crowds at the waterpark but it still offers the kids some fun.

The villa was great for the family. When on vacation we like to cook some of our meals and the kitchen was perfect. It has everything you would need to make simple meals. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the pool that was right outside the villa.

The lobby resturaunt/ bar along with pool bars were closed during the week.

3 bedroom villa was a little beat up & could use upgrade on furniture. Pool next to our unit was closed. Waterpark pool & pools have no restrictions on babies & not poppy trained kids going into pools without pool diapers. Not very sanitary.

Kitchen lacked cooking equipment - too few pans and kitchen utensils - we had to ask for a kettle. For somewhere that slept 6, there were too few easy chairs and only 4 kitchen chairs at the counter. No 'dining area' except high chairs at the kitchen counter. Although several restaurants on the site, these were very poor value for money and variety of food was typical 'fast food' in the main, so not inviting. Service was slow - food left on the service counter for quite a while before being served, hence came to the table lukewarm.

The accommodation was exceptionally spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, glasses and plates. Lounge area comfortable. Balcony overlooking the golf course lovely for breakfast and dinner for 2. Reasonably convenient for Disney etc.

House cleaning was done everyday bit they only made the beds which left us to clean up the garbage amd dishes etc.

Had to pay $100 for parking. There was no luggage cart and the elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up 3 floors. Waited in line for 2 hours at the pool for chips and a pre packaged cup of salsa and weren’t allowed to bring food in from another restaurant.

Not enough supplies. No laundry detergent and only a couple of dish washer tabs. The living room furniture could be updated.

I was given the incorrect room number initially, causing me a small embarrassment with the room guest. But, the issue was corrected, and customer service was polite and professional. I was placed in a room of my choice with complementary champagne.

Everything was exceptional from the villa to the water park. All necessities were met.

Parking can be difficult. Main pool was pretty busy after 11:30am.

The room was great. Spacious and the beds were comfy and we had a great porch. Tower room 501. Reunion Staff were all awesome.

The pictures showed a villa with a large balcony including table and lounge chairs. Our room was ground floor and only had a small table. We were offered another room however it was very outdated and had carpeting. Drink and food in the waterpark were very pricey. Golf carts were limited and we were not able to rent due to lack of availability.
