I particularly asked for Wifi and I had no connection for the first 24hours. The studio is very basic, old and needs maintenance. One of the beds was broken. I asked for a 2 hour late check out but was only given 1 hour. This was disappointing, considering the time I wasted trying to get an Internet connection.

The room is spacious and clean with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. There is valet parking, a bar/restaurant and 2 food & drink shops.

The apartment was clean and spacious, at only few steps from the beach, and at a good price.

There were a lot of issues with the quality of the condo. Many cracks in the tile. The furniture was in bad shape. The front door was hard to open and close even after they sent someone to fix it. One of the chairs on the porch was broken.

Location and ocean view were very nice. Also the condo was very spacious.

The pool was out of order. When booking the room the associated pictures led me to believe there were 2 bedrooms. Only one lift working which lead to long delays.

This room was beat up a bit. Needs some TLC. Couldn't get the TV to work or get wifi.

Location was good. Directions to the floor were complicated so we had to ask a few workers at the hotel. Beds were comfy. Liked the fridge.

First of all,I don’t know who to blame .Booking or the hotel ?? When I did my reservation it offer one bedroom and one separately living room with a sofa bed.It even show in the pictures when I was doing the reservation.I also received emails prior to my arrival that if I need it a sofa bed!!When I got the room it did have the living room.I had a hard time getting with costumer service , communication was through emails only.It was a scam .Another thing is that the pool was been remodeled and we were not inform before booking.All of the staff were very unfriendly .

The valet staff very polite and efficient, location was excellent, parking accommodations favorable and beach area overall clean. Adequate number of elevators when not being held up by guests.

Great location but room was unacceptable, no beach umbrella as promised, Mold in bathroom, leaking toilet which when reported I was asked if I'd like maintenance- Uhhmm, you want to send maintenance before plumbing gets worse, rust on wall and floor by toilet, Had no internet for 3 of 5 days, no umbrella until the night before departure and when i went to lower level office to mention I had no communication - person was quite rude , and was more interested in her texting than our issues, the pool was closed which is unacceptable without notice and in the very hot temperatures and No activity with attempt to repair pool. Communication extremely difficult as they dont answer phones- Why have a number to call and without internet had difficulty in communicating without internet until we added service to our phones to enable communication via data plan. Not sure why they leave tasks to security as they are point blank with any issues and refer you to management who again does not answer their phones nor are at their office. Entrance to beach is like mud from wet sand and when you rinse your feet, you get to walk right thru wet sand- defeats the purpose of rinsing sand off. Hallways noisy at late hours and when people in the building shower, flush or wheel their suitcases in units - You hear it ALL !! No garbage bags or pick up option for trash. Had to go get paper towels , etc to survive and lastly- Before they say it was as Pictured. . . place was NO WHERE NEAR as pictured.

They only gave us enough towels for six people we had eight in our group, and that's all we got for two days ! The air conditioning sucked, was so hot, my son checked the filter and they didn't look like they had been changed in years. The blinds in the living room area was broke so you couldn't close them to block the hit sun coming in. View was nice .

Pool under renovation. Pool area was dead. Elevator system was something to get used to. Sometimes wait time was very long even with 4 elevators. They have a new system. Lots of people struggling, no one to help them. Check in.. have to carry your own luggage up lots of stairs and for check out as well. Saw a few dead cockroaches in room and bathroom. Check out too early at 10am. Had trouble turning on TV. Very busy, lots and lots of people

Free valet parking was awesome. These were professional valets and they were awesome. They'd park our cars in an underground parking garage so it was safe. Wait time to retrieve our car was always less than 10 minutes. Private Beach access. 2 chairs and an umbrella were provided for us during our stay. They're in the closet and we'd take them down to beach. Ocean view room for$50. Felt like I was in prison. Security come out screaming stating time up when it's time to get out pool. Room had a few roaches.

The facility had everything you will need. Pool was huge.Valet car for free during stay.

The AC is not too cold and I ended up asking for an electric fan and that is very helpful. The vent is leaking but they fixed it. The bathroom faucet handle is hard to turn on and need to be replace but it’s working. The kitchenette are Missing kitchenware, the pot is sooo tiny, no chopping board, no kettle to warm water. There was a miscommunication among staff because a staff came to fix the leaking on the vent when they already sent somebody on the day we asked them however, when we did not asked them they came to our unit and enter without our presence.

The place is very close to the beach it’s just few steps to the ocean. We love the location. We select the beach view and that is a plus. The customer service are very good answering to your messages when you needed something. They are very prompt in solving any issues which is a good thing. You just need to ask and you will receive. We like the kitchenette as we Love to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place is close to Publix supermarket and it cost us about 10 dollars for an Uber.
