I did not like the check in process or the staff they were not friendly. The building is seems old and rooms are ok like they have balconies and ocean views that are nice. Just the bathroom could of been cleaned better.

I like the convenience of the beach right out back, the store, and restaurant in the building

The security staff at the front desk when you arrived was exceptional. Very respectful and accommodating. The room cleaning maids were rude, showed they didn't want to be bothered attitude, never did they try to accommodate. And their favorite words :NO SPEAK ENGLISH ",Owners I suggest that in an English speaking rental primary,you should hire a bilingual cleaning crew to accommodate the guests. We're not in a Spanish country on vacation. I couldn't find any maids on any floor to give me a roll of toilet paper,they came on my floor as I was leaving, and who knows they would've told me" NO SPEAK ENGLISH" ,however they spoke to apply for the job and to collect their paychecks. Now it was very hot and there was no pool.How about people who don't like the ocean? The prices of things in the little Cafe is outrages. A nip of Hennessey that caused $7 for the most was $17. The shower curtain was very light that when you turn the shower on it kept blowing the shower curtain and the water would be all over the floor like a pool. Owners ,you've to change it or be repairing expensively the floor extensively in the future from water damage. The towels are very old and worn out. The hot plate to cook on ,I was scared to use because it was very old.

The area was very nice . The lobby is very serene to sit and talk or read.The rooms 🤔 Tolerable. You get what you pay for. The rooms need to be updated to complement the look of extravagance you encounter when you 1st walk into the lobby. The rooms need to be modernized. Otherwise ,I had a good stay with family and friends celebrating by granddaughter' s 23rd birthday. I love my host, who responded timely to me questions via email. I received more communication with them than the maids.

The rate increased by almost double from what we agreed to at booking. The valet staff isn't friendly at times. They are rude. The room was very dated as well.

The location was convenient to Miami Beach. Valet parking was nice, and the ease of checkout was great.

What I didn’t like about this property was my room.My room had a pee smell and it was moist.My room had a moist feeling and a terrible smell.I had to go get bleach and clean to kill the smell.i was in Miami working and the room was last minute.It needs a lot of updating

Building and apartment waiting for renovation at least 20 years, new layer of paint is not in count coz it has already a lot. The pool was not working , i found it out only from email after the payment.

We had to leave driving license to get a cart. No phone in room. Pool was closed. We were trying to rent the sling shot for a ride around the city and the police was called . We never got a chance to ride. The worker in a big black truck was very rude and he called the police. The toilet was nasty in the inside.

There was a long queue for check in and only 2 security person were there. It took 1 hr for my check in and time was close to midnight. My family was waiting outside in the car all these time. There is no easier way to get luggages to room. The room had very old toilet fittings and switches. The bathtub sliding door was not working properly.

The issues I have had with the property stay was the false advertising of the “sudden” pool closure. Multiple staff confirmed that the pool has been closed for a few months and the gym has been inaccessible for over a year. This was disappointing as I wanted a property with pool accessibility and a gym. In the actual condo Bay3, there were a few roaches in the kitchen, the TV would not work and the curtains & ledges were very dusty, triggering allergies. The vending machines never really worked and the Bar (Blue Gin) had a very sour smell and a lot of flies.

Initially, the price was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Where do I start? Front desk could’ve been a bit more friendly and personable. Room did NOT have a balcony as advertised. We were given ONE washcloth and towel and they were so cheap, it was laughable. You had to go stand in line at the reception desk to let them know you needed more but there was also a LONG line! The AC didn’t cool down no matter how low the thermostat was and the beds were hard; both of us tossed and turned all night our stay. There was a baby cockroach in the cabinet with the dishes. Despite these cons, we were semi-ok. What annoyed us the most was housekeeping knocking at the door at 10 on the dot (check out time is 10). That amount of care and proactiveness should be devoted to the care of the unit. It’s old and they’ve obviously just slapped paint up over shoddy repairs.

The main pro for this hotel is the oceanfront access. There were 2 beach chairs in the room that we were able to use. Free valet was a bonus although it could get crowded at points especially around check out. The communication prior to check in was thorough.

We were informed the day before we arrived that the pool was under construction (and had been for over a month). This was incredibly disappointing, as we booked mostly for the pool. We also tried to contact the host for more toilet paper and a new towel, with no answer. Will not be rebooking

It was extremely hard to get in contact with anyone and they would not bring us any towels we had to use the same towels for the whole stay. The bathroom toilet smelled like pee as if they didn’t clean it well and we had to take almost cold showers because the hot water pressure was extremely low and barely coming out at all. If they would at least try to improve these things and communicate better the hotel would be better. We emailed about towels because there was never anybody in the office and they brought two big towels the next day and I let her know we needed one more big towel and a couple face towels because there were three beds and three people, she got an attitude saying that she was told it was only two. Long story short she never came back with any towels.

The view was amazing and I loved that we got exactly what we asked for and saw in the picture

Ants in the room and bathroom, NO water pressure, too far to walk to food places, thin walls, beds were so uncomfortable. Don't get me started on the check in process and valet only parking. The guys spun the tires on our truck and sped off in it when we arrived and gave him the key. Restraunt at hotel was not that great of food for the price.

The View was amazing! Love the beach access!
