We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere was air conditioner noise coming from the basement all night long. To top that off there was a fan literally outside our door running all night and the noise from that was also disturbing our sleep all night on Tuesday. Next day my husband went to complain where we checked in from and he was told to go to their office which was a flight down. He went there and the offices were closed. That evening there was no fan however the air conditioning in the corridor to the Airbnb was on full blast. It felt like we were in the freezer the min you stepped out of the apartment. No pool was another bummer because my grandson was looking forward to swimming. The pool is under construction.
The location was decent, close to the beach. The picture and description showed that there was a pool however after booking we found out there was no pool.

United States of AmericaCondition of the condo was terrible. I think they got the furniture out of a trash can. Kitchen table pieced together. We had to buy pillows at Walmart. Several lights didn’t work. Tv way to small for the condo it was only 32”. Never mentioned on the booking the entire pool area was closed for reconstruction as well as the gym. Beach chairs and umbrella in the condo were all broke. No vacuum for a beach condo is ridiculous.

United States of America1. The checking in the front deask took us a while because the staff was talking to friends without paying attention to customers 2. No one spoke English in the stores of the hotel 3. The pictures of the Villa when booking show Laundry machines inside of the Villa but we couldn't use them (this is a scam: We really chose this Villa because we wanted the laundry inside) 4. The pool for 3 days was packed and there was no space to get a lounge chair or swim in it. It wasn't even clean 5. The kitchen wasn't enough equipped with kitchen ware to be able to cook. I had to go buy cooking pans. 6. Pour property management, we were not provided with Umbrella and chairs until we complained multiple times and at the end, we were provided with really dirty and full of sand chair and umbrella 7. The cleaning crew blocked the Hallway before 10 am the morning we had to leave with their cleaning carts and we couldn't get by with our suitcases.
The loction was good. I never had breakfast there. The villa was spacious and calm.

The shower would overflow with water while taking a shower and so did the bathroom sink. The sheets had stain on them. When asking to change rooms they were no help. Very unhappy and unsatisfied with my stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! I would have rather stayed in a cheap motel than here. They also don’t tell you the pool is under construction until you check in

United States of AmericaThe place is disgusting! The photos are not accurate. I purchased the villa and the furniture was horrible. It had stains, the extra beds are yard chairs with mattresses placed on top, the door is coded and everyone has the code. They don’t change it prior to the next guest. Someone walked in on my family. They said it was maintenance and she was coming to see if we had settled in nicely. However, she did not knock she used the code. The bolt locks were taken out of the door so all you needed was the code to get in. The place smelt like smoke. It was just horrible. The pool was being renovated and they tell you after you purchase. It’s also 1 1/2 baths not two baths! They will not show you the room first if you ask and they don’t care if you are uncomfortable. The entire place needs to be redone versus just the pool. Also, they don’t give you checkout paperwork. I saw the place and left within an hour and they refuse to refund me or give me a checkout sheet and the gentleman told me to do what I got to do. I ended up booking somewhere else. Trust me don’t waste your money! Especially if you have kids! Don’t stay here.
Security was very helpful. They have a great security team.

CanadaThis suite is awesome but clearly a little neglected over time. We had to call and get the bed fixed which they did but it took a couple of days for a good nights sleep. All the closets are missing the knobs on the doors to open them. We did not even know we had a walk in closet until the third day when I jiggled it open. They could charge more if they just took the time to put less than 1000 into the property and fix up all the little things. downstairs tap seems a bout to fall off. downstair light is broken. light on microwave does not work. All little things add up. The bedroom Tv should either be moved over the dresser or have a swivel on it.
The suite was large. 16 or 20 foot ceilings. in suite laundry. Kitchen was good. Open concept. modern. Walk out to the back on the beach. Does not get much better.
