You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

it was beautiful. Clean, spacious and boutique contemporary style. It was quiet. Near tons of places to eat. Restaurant located inside for dinner and breakfast. Top notch and the service is always superb. valet parking for $29 or self park for 19.00. Great location right of the highway. You’ll love it!

Breakfast it self is great, but hours suck. Breakfast closes to early! Needs to stay open until at least 10:30.

United States of AmericaIf I had to nitpick I'd say that we could've used a bigger refrigerator and maybe a microwave. My partner wished the windows would open for a breeze. And we had hopes to lay by a pool.
We had a great view of the downtown area. Walkable to an assortment of places to shop, eat, and drink. The room was very clean and was decorated in a luxurious aesthetic. We felt that we made a good choice staying here.

United States of AmericaDefinitely wasn't a deal breaker I just noticed that there was no ventilation in the bathroom and we loved the view of the city street but the windows needed cleaning. The entrance sidewalk needs yellow paint or reflectors as it's a tripping hazard. I actually fell as I didn't notice the step up...but I was OK just a little sore. Everything seemed to close so early there.
The room and decor was very nice! The staff was very accommodating and attentive. We went for dinner but was a few minutes too late. Everyone seemed to be enjoying dinner. I would definitely stay again.
