Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Free parking would have been better as it was costly enough
The location was good except for a few homeless people near by. Otherwise it was a good location and the hotel was comfortable. I would come back again as I slept well there.

The room TV did not work the day we arrived nor the next morning. The desk staff could not explain it. I asked when checking out if they could request a small refund on our room charge for the inconvenience.
Room was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable.

The only complaint would be the couch, which seemed very outdated and really worn down.
The room was great and had great amenities. The overall stay was excellent and so was the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming, and informative.

Wifi kept crashing
Big room, very comfy bed, complimentary Coffee and other drinks next to reception. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are enough parking spaces. Location was good, it was safe and there are a lot of food options, not far from highway (but there was no noise from it).

The only complaint I have, the bed needs to be replaced. I woke up with a sore back and if I moved or my husband moved the bed rocked back and forth and it woke me up. Not to mention the springs. Room 325.
The front staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean. I will be a returning customer. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and shops all around.

Everything was great except two things, the couch in the room was down right scary cooking very dark and dinghy and stained. Stayed off that. And the shower took a bit to get water pressure up and was a bit finicky keeping that pressure up.
Location was great. And bed was comfortable.

No major issues- the bathroom extractor fab was very noisy
We were looking for a cheap good quality stopover on the outskirts of LA to break up the drive to vegas and this hotel fitted the bull perfectly

Quite old hotel, they would need an upgrade :) The bed was quite small.
We mainly chose this hotel because of its amazing location. The area is very safe and the hotel has private parking. Concerning the room - it was very simple, quite clean, but the bed was too small, in our opinion. Overall, I would recommend this hotel :)

Really nothing, It was what was expected for the price.
The location was great. We liked that the parking lot was gated. The staff was friendly. Was disappointed that the ice machine didn't have ice. We had to go to a different floor. Drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. It was advertised as breakfast provided but it wasn't.

Shower device did not work properly as water would still come out of other shower and faucet outlets, resulting in very little water pressure. Also, why have a microwave without any cutlery or plates/bowls?
Coffee machine was great 👍 Room was very clean and spacious. Walking distance to food and shops. 24/7 reception.

A minor issue common to many hotels I have seen in the US applies to this one also: for a room that accommodates 4 people, there are only three bath towels ready. This is easily corrected by asking an additional one at the reception, which you might have to ask again after room service has replaced towels.
The hotel reception is very well decorated. Free coffee and hot chocolate is offered just beside the reception. This is a much better coffee machine than the standard ones usually found directly in the bedrooms of other hotels, giving you more choice and no limits on the number of drinks you may want. Also, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is great.

The room was a little dated. The aircon unit is under the curtain which blew the curtain up when on. The room is quite humid because of the spa bath of course, there are extractor fans but theyre old and noisy.
The big shower and private jacuzzi bath were good. The free coffee machine and flavoured water in reception is great too. Quite close to Universal.

Loud noise when you open the bathroom light due to exhaust

I asked smoking free room but it smells like cigarettes. It would benefit from renovation as the whole place looks outdated.
It’s well located, spacious room, bed was comfortable. It’s simple and fair Inn option. Staff was kind and attentive. It’s reliable.
