Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

It was upscale, art forward, centrally located and private. Staff was helpful and rooms were hip and spotless.

United States of AmericaFrom the moment you walk into this Boutique Hotel the ambiance is exquisite! The check-in process is pleasant with zero hassle. Next, you're headed off to the elevators that is too an amazing experience in itself. The elevators was like stepping into a mobile art gallery! Once you've reached your destination, while walking down the very clean corridors it literally feels like the room personally awaits you! Normally most hotels put all of their focus on the lobby area that they skimp-out on the other dwellings of the hotel experience, but NOT so at The Glenn Experience. Walking into my actual room was breathtaking! Every one of my senses had been stimulated! The smell was Fresh, The room was not JUST VERY clean, it felt brand new. EVERY decor selections were intentional and cohesive! Cohesiveness is IMPERATIVE for a relaxing stay! If the decor was too busy the eyes could not relax! The Glenn's interior design selections will not let you down. The room decor was alluring making anyone feel attractive. Even the television was not a afterthought. It too was considered. It was was dressed, enframed with a beautiful picture frame displayed as art hanging on your wall with a personal message to you on it that says, "Welcome [ Your Name ]. Not only was the decor inviting you to stay a while the bedding was equally clean and cozy, and the beds themselves were very comfortable! I could go on and on! I normally do not write reviews, but The Glenn earned my time for being so intentional about the Guest experience! Thank you to all the staff that makes this worth visiting! You all are amazing!

FranceTwo of the persons we spoke to were polite, but when we left and said thank you and goodbye, the person who was then at the front desk just replied "Uh-huh" in a very blasé way. This is not a respectful way to treat people who just spent money to stay at your hotel. We look young but have been polite and respectful, and we paid for the room like everyone else so we expect the same treatment.
The location was good for us and the room clean (although small).

United States of AmericaThe bathroom had broken tile pieces in the shower. The ice machines were not working on multiple floors. The room is very small. There were only plugs on one side of a king bed (for plugging in phones, chargers, etc...).
We liked the location, and thought the design aesthetic was charming. The beds were comfortable and the valets were super kind.

United States of AmericaWe were there meeting family with over 10 rooms reserved for a special night/occasion. We hosted a private event at the Sky lounge. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the hotel staff and the Skylounge. The female bartender at the event seemed inconvenienced by our presence, the bouncers interaction with guests was at times unprofessional. Most of the staff, with the exception of the front desk staff and valet were not friendly, not helpful and a few were down right rude. Staff should be more welcoming to guests.
The hotel portion of our stay was wonderful. The lobby and restaurant and room were comfortable and clean. Loved the decor and atmosphere of the hotel. The food was delicious. The front desk clerks were courteous and helpful.
