Our room was quite out dated. Very dim in the bathroom, paint chipping off the door. We had what could be a connecting room and could hear every word the people in the next room said. The coffee maker looked like it came from a thrift store. My sister's room has a mini fridge that froze everything with no way to adjust the temp. Over all just basic amenities, nothing else.

Smoking.... There was a dozen people who smoked in the casino vs the rest that didn't, I think the casino could make a smaller enclosed room for them or just say no altogether. I'm pretty sure they would survive...

I have been staying at the golden nugget since 2014. The last two trips maybe bc I’m more aware of germs and being clean. I Lysol down all surfaces and wipe with hot water. The sofa and ottoman were filthy! The sink had toothpaste dried to the bowl. Beads and dust bunnies were under the sofa from Mardi Gras. Some m&ms too. I don’t know if the last guest cut their toe nails or but them off but they were left. I found them as I swept the room myself. The lady in charge of house keeping was aware bc she told me the room smelled like Lysol. As it should. And she asked if I needed cleaning supplies or extra towels. I mean come on. The rate I paid for the room and the extra time I spend to clean it was too much! If it would have been a comp room I would have did that anyway but I wouldn’t feel “cheated”. House keeping needs more attention. Those people counting everyone at the entry day near the parking deck need to open doors and assist guest. Young and old!!

Just about every employee we had an encounter with were rude or had attitude no matter what they were doing.

The best part to me was comfortable bed and a plus was the ceiling fan.

Property is dated. Stayed in a suite and didn't get room service. Did not need bed or towel service however I did want coffee and water replacement.

Check in. Front desk person was very friendly. Bar service in entertainment bar was VERY good by the bartender but he had no support staff.

The vibration of the building when something is making alot of noise the balcony rail was loose one side and them charging me for a movie on the TV that nobody watched over $40 for a movie ridiculous

The whole place smelled like smoke. Rooms were average. No mini fridge. No free water like the other casinos we’ve stayed at. Overall it was okay.

I did not like having to wait at the Bubba Gump restaurant for someone to come to the table. No one showed up so we left. We waited for close to an half an hour. That is ridiculous.

The food at the sports bar was really good for lunch and for breakfast. But y’all need more staffing in that place. The waiting took too long.

It takes forever to see a cocktail waitress for the free drinks so you end up buying your own at the bar. The slot machines can be dirty and sticky. The front desk at the hotel desk always have mean looks on their faces.

I love the tub in the room. I love Morton’s! The casino is fun.

The entrance to the room was through the casino. KIDS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to enter through casino. They decided to do a fire drill during our stay 45 min before check out time. From the 7th floor we took the stairs and didn't see 1 employees guiding us out during evacuation. All employees seem to be in the casino making sure your kids don't touch the machines

Loved the few restaurant and few shops inside the hotel. The room was spacious clean and comfortable
