You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe only down fall is cleanliness. Went to the hot tub and a period pad came of the filter hole and it was used.... Disgusting. The room could have been cleaned but it was okay.And the pools/hot tub smelled like straight chlorine.

United States of AmericaThe bed sucked, it literally made your back hurt the next day! My husband said if you don't have back problems then you definitely will after you sleep in that bed. He wanted to leave the next night just so we didn't have to sleep in the bed. Which we did stay the next night due to us getting back to the hotel so late. Also we felt so restless the two nights we was there, we tossed and turned got up and down due to that bed! Other then that I don't really have anything else that we didn't like.
The staff was very nice. The casino was extremely clean, it's a smoking casino and I couldn't even tell it, very good smell. The room was clean but just a tad dusty on the ceiling fan. The shower has great water pressure felt really clean after showering. I loved that the casino has a Starbucks, definitely need a good cup of coffee when we wake up.

United States of AmericaOur room was quite out dated. Very dim in the bathroom, paint chipping off the door. We had what could be a connecting room and could hear every word the people in the next room said. The coffee maker looked like it came from a thrift store. My sister's room has a mini fridge that froze everything with no way to adjust the temp. Over all just basic amenities, nothing else.

United States of AmericaI have been staying at the golden nugget since 2014. The last two trips maybe bc I’m more aware of germs and being clean. I Lysol down all surfaces and wipe with hot water. The sofa and ottoman were filthy! The sink had toothpaste dried to the bowl. Beads and dust bunnies were under the sofa from Mardi Gras. Some m&ms too. I don’t know if the last guest cut their toe nails or but them off but they were left. I found them as I swept the room myself. The lady in charge of house keeping was aware bc she told me the room smelled like Lysol. As it should. And she asked if I needed cleaning supplies or extra towels. I mean come on. The rate I paid for the room and the extra time I spend to clean it was too much! If it would have been a comp room I would have did that anyway but I wouldn’t feel “cheated”. House keeping needs more attention. Those people counting everyone at the entry day near the parking deck need to open doors and assist guest. Young and old!!
