I was a little sadden that my over all price was slightly higher then expected/ stated on my booking.com reservation. I didn't question it because I wanted this to be a great experience for my siblings.

I love the hotel/casino. They have a beautiful pool/cabana area. The hotel is super clean and with very professional staff.

The cigarette smoke was really bad in the common areas and casino. You can hear all the noises from other rooms and the halls. The rooms were cleaned, but very worn.

Room wasn’t that clean. Overall looked clean but carpet had hairpins and safety pins on it along bases of the bed. Had to call at 5pm because our room hadn’t been cleaned. Starbucks staff was friendly but had no sugar substitutes or coffee stirrers out. That afternoon went back and still no stirrers or sugar substitutes out. Next morning went for coffee was told that it would take 25 minutes cause one of the pots was broken. Stirrers we’re finally there but no sugar or substitutes out. Really guys need to have these available before you open .

Lots of eating options, staff friendly, great entertainment at Rush, Spa was awesome. All restaurants had great food.

The mattress was not comfortable and the balcony door didn't lock.

I like being able to play the slot machines at all times of the day.

there was no luggage rack in my room there was an issue with the ID scanning machine to gain entry to the casino floor. There was only one machine and staff were extremely unhelpful and unpleasant. We ended up walking to the neighbouring Auberge where the scanner had no problems reading our documents and the casino floor staff were very welcoming.

The only drawback to this trip was our room. For the amount we paid to stay here, I was very let down by the quality. The bed was hard, the TV screen was broken, our toilet was broken. (It made a terrible screeching sound every 30 mins or so) we didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention as we were busy with family and overall really enjoyed our trip. It was a bit of a let down as we were told the Golden Nugget was better quality than L’auberge.

The food and nightlife had great options for everyone. The staff was incredibly friendly

The pool hour’s supposed to be close at 12pm but the part my kids can swim closes at 9pm they could not slide like they wanted too

Over 100 degrees and no parasols/shade at the pool unless you had $400 to spend on a Cabana. Nothing to do in the evening if you have a child. Band playing but in the Casino area where U21 are not allowed.

Elevators always seemed a bit dirty and smelly. Smoking in the casino was disappointing. The beach was not in great shape. Would love to see the hotel step up its game of making a really attractive beach environment. So much of the felt lining was sticking out of the sand. Trying to get the front desk to answer after 11pm was like pulling teeth. But when they did answer, they were accommodating. Would love to receive a room comp offer someday. Never seem to get one of those even though I did spend $3000 in 2 days.

The pool was excellent. Water was cool and the lazy river was a great touch! The pool bar was fun as well. The rooms were comfortable and the restaurants were very convenient. And you served Blue Bell ice cream at the ice cream shop. That was a nice touch. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Lots of cigarette smoke. Long waits for restaurants. Need more breakfast options and a better coffee experience in the room. No one wants to wait in that long line at Starbucks.

Staff outside of the restaurant and casino (hotel specific) were not consistently hospitable. For instance, the people handing out towels seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else. This doesn't apply to everyone we encountered, but there was enough of an attitude from a number of staff to make me feel like I was intruding on them when requesting help. The restaurants also were not all open & those that were had long waits.

The pool area for my son was great. He enjoyed the slides and the lazy river. There was lots of seating and we were able to move around from each area easily.

I wish y’all didn’t take away the bus that transported people from Golden Nugget to the other casino. People are walking back and forth from each casino with lots of money on them. It’s dark and eventually someone is going to get mugged. Lots of Texans carry guns and if someone attempts to rob the wrong person, someone will get hurt.

The rooms are beautiful. The view we have is beautiful.
