The towels didn't absorb moisture very well. There were insufficient bowls and knives. Either the toaster oven didn't work or we couldn't work out how to operate it.

Calm and friendly area, no problem with parking. 30 Minutes walk into town, Bourbon street area (we like to walk). Bathroom is very nice. Conversation with host was very good. Had a problem with the water at the first day. But it was was handled very fast.

I recently spent an incredible week at this charming apartment in New Orleans, conveniently located close to the Lafitte Greenway. Despite its compact size, the apartment felt spacious with a separate bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, and a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a refrigerator and microwave. Every amenity I could need was at my fingertips, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location couldn't be more ideal. With just a ten-minute bike ride, I found myself on the bustling Bourbon Street, while the tranquil Lafitte Greenway and access to the tramway, along with delightful restaurants and coffee shops, were just on the opposite side. The apartment serves as a perfect central point for exploring all that New Orleans has to offer. Additionally, for those with a car, it's also the perfect starting point for adventures beyond the city, such as visiting the swamps. What made my stay truly exceptional was the host's outstanding hospitality. From the moment I booked, they were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions I had. Even upon arrival, when I faced a small hiccup with the address, the host went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and even welcomed me with a meal, a thoughtful touch especially appreciated after a late airport arrival. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and its wonderful hosts to anyone looking to experience the heart of New Orleans. When they installed "flood lights" at night. So bright it was hard to sleep. Thankfully, that occurred on the last night of my stay. Before that I enjoyed a nice darkened nighttime, and the second night experienced a thunder and lightning storm with a loud raining downpour! I really enjoyed it! However, the lightning & thunder was so loud & bright that it really scared my little pup! But he was ok, and I did manage to coax him out from underneath the bed. The shower could be a bit smaller, so that the toiletry area could be a little bit more roomier. The mini frig could be larger. The microwave was nice, but it was in an awkward area to get to it.

I liked the home like atmosphere and friendliness. They had a mini kitchen, and the TV selection of channels was incredible. It was an excellent location if you preferred to be a few miles from the Mardi Gras crowds, yet close enough to get to town by walking and Uber. The Zulu parade, however, was one block over, and the street had cars all day long. Parking was easy. Great little gated yard for a small dog. Place was VERY CLEAN. Though small, it was adequate.

I could not figure out how to use the main light. Towels were ultra small and needed update. Price per night was fine, but cleaning fee was too much for only spending about 18 hours in the room... That was my only big annoyance.

The area wasn't particularly safe. It was generally ok during the day butwWe had a couple of uber drivers make comments about how we should not leave the property after dark and to be very weary.

Neighbourhood didn’t feel safest at night, towels were little small, sink/shower wasn’t cleaned when arrived. Blinds didn’t cover window properly, (could see in from outside and was bright at night from outside lights)

It’s a great place for solo travelers and couples for how small the space is. Our space did have stairs and although we didn’t mind, I could see it becoming tiring for someone going up the stairs to use the bathroom or kitchen, again, we didn’t mind it too much though. Overall, we didn’t experience any problems with the facility or management. Management’s communication is great! It’s a nice place and environment that’s basically in the heart of New Orleans. Not too far from anything.

The walls are very thin so I could hear everything happening next door. Mean everything! Had trouble locking my door from the inside and outside.

The bed was incredibly comfortable! It is a 10min walk from a Whole Foods. 10 min walk to the street car which goes directly to the French quarter. Away from to night life noise, hustle and bustle. Good communication with the management.
