We are grateful for the time we spent at the Gondola Lodge. The fireplaces were such a great feature and the kids loved the jetted tub. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the village and the heavenly gondola, and quiet as well. John was quick to respond w maintenance questions and Jennifer was accommodating of our itinerary change request. I so appreciate her going above and beyond to help us, especially given it was a holiday time and her day off.

Booked the 3 Bedroom House and had a great time! Had a jacuzzi tub and pool table in a room. Staff were quick to respond to our needs. Propane/Charcoal were provided for grills, which was amazing! About two blocks down from Heavenly Ski Resort. Will definitely return! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

I would've liked that all the windows had curtains. And I didn't like that the cold air entered through the bottom of the bathroom doors and left the bathroom cold, I had to put towels there to stop it

Easy to find and access. It was waking distance to the gondola and lots of restaurants which was a major benefit! We loved the extra bathroom.

Only con was that one person was sleeping on the couch pull out mattress and turns out it is abnormally small. We wished this were a regular size mattress. Someone 5’ tall ended up sleeping there due to the size and it was even small for them.

Everything was great! The room was clean. We especially enjoyed the fire pit area and little bear created from the towel on the bed. Great location and helpful staff.

It was a quiet property. It was very nice and a cozy room with my new wife. The location was very close to everything food attractions, etc.. being included hot plate, and accessories for meals was a very nice touch to the whole thing plus a refrigerator and freezer

This is a great place to stay at, a walk away from all the shops at heavenly resorts. It had gated parking for the three cars that our group came with. We had a great time staying here and will most likely book again.

Pool/hot tub area was not inviting

Clean, efficient kitchenette with all the necessities, large bathroom, easy parking and fantastic location, walking distance from city center. Cute and thoughtful additions such as vouchers to a nearby private beach, and 2 souvenir shot glasses. Smooth self check in and out process. We will be sure to come back, price was great too!

Rooms are a bit cramped.

Super close to gondola and nightlife and surrounded by a gate so you didn’t have to stress about the security of your vehicle in the urban environment. Staff were friendly and let us park n the lot before our check in so we could save ski parking garage fee.

Having a hot tub and pool table in the room was a very nice touch. Lots of TVs and fireplaces. Plenty of seating. Close to everything.
