Shower was not very clean. Had some mold on shower curtain and tile grout. We did not like black coffee in the room and at the bar. It was very bitter and hard to drink.

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Great location and very nice staff.

Difficulty with the reservations. I reserved and thought I paid for 2 rooms with balconies for 2 nights. One of those was with 2 beds. The balconies were an additional charge from the original booking.com reservation. Confusion when I checked in. Confusion when my brother checked in. Confusion when I checked out. I’m still not sure if I paid for my brother’s room ( which I wanted to do), or not. The staff was very nice, but I’m still trying to figure out my bill. And when I called about availability of breakfast, the reservations said yes. Actually a more accurate answer would be cold items and coffee. But plenty of diners, restaurants, and McDonald’s nearby for hot food

Location was great. College / basketball them was fun

It would have been nice if the restaurant had a full breakfast. Everything else was very good.

I love this place and will return! Big rooms, lots of light, super comfy bed, nice views, I really loved it. The only issue I had was that the AC in my room was very loud but luckily I only needed it one night.
