Great for a visit to UNL.

A light breakfast would be great, especially since some info on the web says they serve breakfast.

The location - great for UNL and the Haymarket area, the video games in the lobby, the pool area is very nice - it was late winter, we would like to come back when the outdoor area is open. The theme was creative - loved the key cards. Very dog friendly and overall friendly staff.

They shouldn't charge extra for breakfast. Should already be included in the fee.

The location and service was 👍 good.

I did not eat your breakfast buffet; it was $15 charge for a $7.00 value. I looked at it and left. Went to the Hilton two blocks away and for $18 ordered Eggs Benedict from the menu.

Nothing stands out. Standard stay all around.

Literally the only issue was some trash in one of the rooms we stayed in, but not the biggest issue in the world.

The pool was nice, beds were conformable. The design, while being somewhat questionable in certain areas, is unique and oddly really cool. For example, the arcade machines or the corn field wall paper. The hotel also smelled clean, which I deeply respect.

It’s a downtown location so we expected noise but it seemed to be that there was a lot of noise that came through from the windows and air unit.

Fun decor, great location, valet parking was worth the little extra $, the restaurant food and all of the staff were exceptional! Great for families.

    Not much to dislike.

We stay at the Graduate often. It's an easy walk to PBA, and we love the old-school vibe. We ate at the restaurant on the main floor called Single Barrel. It was seriously some of the better food we've had. HIGHLY recommend!!

Raising the price for a concert stinks, but everyone does it and you guys didn’t raise prices as much as everyone else. I didn’t like the added price for parking

Only issue was not knowing that I had to request room cleaning, as opposed to them just coming and doing it. So my room was never cleaned. Didn’t turn out to be a big deal though as I had plenty of towels and supplies. Just would’ve been nice to come back to a cleaned up room.

Just about everything, but the all the “cute” identity things in the room were great!
