The Graduate has Location, Location, and feature of a rooftop bar. Overrated for price!

Didn't like how the prices were really elevated during graduation weekend which is natural; these were extreme! Also no complimentary coffee! I can definitely see paying for a specialty coffee, but not filtered. Parking is alittle pricey, but in the city, spaces are limited. The room toilet ran all night even after fixing the float. Also why couldn''t the bathroom fan and light switch be separate? The fan and light came in when the switch was on. Bed mattress was way toooo soft for most sleepers!!!

Location, Location, Location---easy walk to VCU campus graduation! Unique features like the roof top bar! What a view of Richmond especially in the evening and night! Cute theme decor to match the hotel name! Game room was a hit with our young adults--shuffleboard, pool table, and large screen TV

I don’t have any “dislikes”. I would recommend reminding the housekeeping staff to dust the headboards as they were quite dusty.

The staff was wonderful. Kenya, our front desk agent helped sort out our check in as it wasn’t showing in their system from Booking.com. Thankfully, there were available rooms. The valet staff was the most efficient and courteous that I have encountered in quite awhile.

The room coffee was not very good which I half expected because there was a coffee shop in the lounge. However, the coffee shop coffee was much worse. The breakfast buffet was $20 for fewer options than even Holiday Inn.

It was very clean and the lounge was comfortable. I loved the two rooms within a room family style suite vs what most hotels do which is just a shared door between two standard rooms. The kids even had their own bathroom. Even the bunk beds were comfortable. There was a wedding party staying at the hotel who were a bit rowdy in the lounge but we never heard another guest from our room.

Booked for my two 20-something sons to spend the holidays near us. Very very cool vibe and aesthetics at this place. Walked in for check-ins to Frankie Beverly & Maze being played through the lobby; cool tone setter for the vibe of the hotel.

everything was nice. the room was very clean, nice size. bathroom was spacey, front desk clerk the gentleman didn't get his name but he was very nice sharing information with me about the restaurant. helped me get checked in with no problems.

    No complaints!

This was our first time staying at Graduate. The check in staff were great! Valet staff were great! The thermostat did not work in the room that we were given. The maintenance staff member was EXCELLENT!! Very respectful, caring and courteous! HUGE THANKS TO THE MAINTENANCE TEAM! He moved us into another room which was much better then the room that we were previously placed in.

Breakfast. It was a big nothing unless you are a 20 year old boy and want an egg and cheese or a breakfast burrito. Bathrooms were very small Compared to room. But at least there were 2 of them.

King suite with 2 bathrooms was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The location (for a wedding at the Jefferson) was perfect for us.
