Mini bar with exhorbant costs, 67 for a brunch? Or 20 for a English muffin? Not impressed. Would think with price of the room it should rate something to be included

The phone in my room wasn’t working even though I stated to Front Desk the problem was never fixed. upon my arrival I was told that the pool was being renovated and could not be used nowhere does it say this on the website nor my booking that’s very disappointing

SwedenThe bathrooms felt a bit basic. I would have preferred a breakfast buffet, rather than a few items off a menu. Got frequent flyer points with Lufthansa for my stay. BUT, had to join the Bonvoy milage program to do so. A regular stay booked with booking.com doesn't automatically qualify you for points. Not the hotel's fault, but there are literally no convenience stores n Orlando. If you don't have a car or don't drive, it's hard to go shopping etc. We had to UBER it everywhere.
We had a nightmare journey from Sweden to the USA with cancelled and re-routed flights. By the time we arrived in Florida, we really felt tired, hot and bothered and jetlagged. The minute we stepped into the hotel, it was an instant pleasure. We attended a conference in Orlando. By the looks of it, we picked the best hotel of all, in comparison to our colleagues. The location is in the middle of town. Great rooftop pool. Nice bar with great cocktails and live music. The Bar. menu and wine selection were great too. Rooms are of high quality. Great minibar content. I now actively look for autograph collection hotels in new cities that I intend to stay in. Such was a mental footprint of the stay here. The place looks as visually pleasing as the website photos indicate. Beds/bedding was heavens

United States of AmericaIt was difficult for us, being totally unfamiliar with downtown Orlando, to initially locate the entrance of the hotel!! Despite the very limited area for loading and unloading, the Valet Service employees were spot on with maintaining the flow of traffic and quick to bring our vehicle. They were very helpful with directions and recommendations.
Only had one continental breakfast by room service. Food was hot and brought promptly. Staff was polite. Bed was very comfortable. Room and bath were very clean. Hot water was immediate and water had great pressure. Room temperature control was accessible and efficient. Sadly, we didn't have an opportunity to utilize most of your amenities, such as spa or pool area due to work commitments, however we were very impressed with the available services.

United States of AmericaNo usable refrigerator in the room, and the microwave was an extra charge. The room lighting was a little dim. It took the water in the shower a while to warm up but once it did it was good.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The parking staff was absolutely amazing and helpful with things to do and places to go. Very friendly and attentive. The room was a great size. Very comfortable. The bed was super comfy and I loved the big fluffy pillows.

We travel quite frequently. This hotel is not worth the visit. It’s very dated. This hotel is far below standard for an Autograph. I would say it is a tad dingy and dirty. Ridiculous slow internet. They offer free WIFI - 5 Mbit/s - but no upgrades. Breakfast was changed from order by menu to a buffet which I don’t want to describe. Unresponsive, stubborn "managers". Service is also mixed.

The restaurant area was roped off when we went downstairs and so was the gallery at 5:30 I’m not sure what time they close on Thursday Evening
