Uncomfortable beds, shower was old and sometimes water only lukewarm

The New Year's holiday was not staffed and our key didn't work. Luckily, a staff member got us into our room. I called the number posted but got no reply.

Rooms were clean and warm. Central rooms have a distance to walk if you're on the second floor. Staff were nice.

When we walked in our room the shower was switched on (which scared us) and there was next to no water pressure at the hand sink! - took us 5+ mins to wash our hands

It was in a good location!! Make sure you have the right address because we got sent a different place :(

We didn’t have water in our bathtub and nobody was here to fix it BUT they offered us to use the bathroom of another room so it almost didn’t change anything.

No remote in the room when we called about it we were told it’s been happening a lot and to just use the buttons on the tv, the connection to the tv was bad, we were told restaurant was closed due to new years when we went to check out the phones were ringing, no one was at the desk to take the keys and all staff were in the restaurant eating……

We liked that it was quiet, the room was large and facility seemed nice.

Great location if traveling to Grand Canyon-20 minutes away from south rim entrance. Plus there's a taco and coffee truck right next door. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple and clean. Cute western decor. Great value!

The cleanliness was okay but not very super, it were the little things that weren't super clean but good enough.

The door card locked us out repeatedly. The door lock did not work properly. There could have been a water cooler near the rooms, and not just the ice machine.

A bit old an tired in need of a refresh. Things missing like sink plug. Hair drier barely warm. Trucks parked alongside our rooms and started up 5am, idling for 20 mins before leaving.

I wish they provided a microwave and a kettle in each room instead of providing a small coffee maker.

The location was perfect. Right between two shuttle lines. The Grand Canyon is an amazing park to visit and the inn was perfect for our trip.

the rooms need renovation: the mattresses should be replaced, and the bathroom redone too, as some things were falling apart (shower, ventilation). Restaurant not very good, needs heating in winter

It was low cost, near the Grand Canyon, clean and comfortable.

The first room we got was ice cold, no lights, no heat and still trash in the room. The second room was better but the water in the shower didn't get very hot, I had to wait for the water to get lukewarm at best and just go for it in the cold. We did enjoy our stay but the first room was just no good.

We liked the layout of the room but some more lighting would be nice.

The beds had old, lumpy mattresses, the sink was really low and the shower head was really low. It was difficult to get hot water.

They have Level 2 EV chargers. The restaurant wasn't bad.

Good mexican restaurant. Easy parking close to room. Location close to main road to grand canyon however stil 25min drive. Very spacious room and good quality shower.

There were signs on the door not to open up the door to anyone you don't know with explicit instructions which is unnerving, especially when you have to leave the spot at night.

This was a great location and quick to get to grand canyon early in the morning. There was also food on site and a bar if you chose to stay in the main building, which we did not as we were on a tight budget. I would highly suggest if you're a lone woman traveller to stay in the main building, not the cabin rooms as there's a safety element. I wouldn't have felt safe in the motel section away from the restaurant without my partner there. The rooms were simple and did the trick.

Tap never stopped water coming out. Steady not just a drip. And many short curly hairs in the bathroom.
