Beds weren’t real comfortable and cold air at night came in through the windows

The only downside is the showering due to limited hot water but they do allow unlimited at a location within the same facility to make up for it just not in RV. Also they have coffee machines but no coffee lol...even just one pod would've been nice or just enough for one cup lol but nothing major.

It met all our needs at a reasonable price. The RVs were spacious & had a sense of privacy that we appreciated. They provide many items for the kitchen/utensils/showering/whether for a short stay or longer stay both are possible. All in all a wonderful stay. My family & I enjoyed it. Thank you!

For some people the beds might be a bit to short but no problem for us.

The camper was really spacious and had all necessary facilities. I read quite a few complaints about the location as it is next to a highway but to be honest this did not bother us at all. It's to be expected if you read the info about the location, some basic earplugs and you notice nothing. Same as complaints about the wifi: you are informed about it beforehand. Yet wifi was good enough to download an ebook our our photos to Instagram. The shared restrooms are really warm and clean if the 7 minutes of the internal bathroom would not suffice. The personal is really really nice.

The blankets could have been thicker, although the next day they gladly handed over extra blankets.

We are four people sharing a RV. The only downside is that the shower takes time to regenerate. However, they have shared bathrooms, which is great.

The location is near the freeway and you can definitely tell.

The WiFi that the tv hooks up to barely works in the evenings. Things pause and load for sometimes 30 minutes at a time.

Everything was perfect

The rooms are extremely clean and come with everything you need. Just bring your food because they have everything. I loved the fact it was one minute from the infamous Route 66. I loved waking up to the mountains and they are right by attractions, restaurants, grocery stores. Lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful and waited for me to figure out a discrepancy I had with booking.com. All in all everything worked out perfect and I can honestly say I will be going back. Also, truck stop didn’t bother me at all because I didn’t pay attention to it. I felt safe and had a blast!!

The smell of the air refresher in the camper was horrible. We had to open every window in the camper in order to air out the place. I was sickened by the smell. It seems that they sprayed the air refresher directly on the sheets as they smelled so strong as well.

The only thing that caught us off guard was that the kitchen equipment was a little dusty so just wipe them before use. Also, take hot showers early because hot water was limited.

The experience was excellence, the airbnb had all the equipment you need (kitchen, plates, pen, fridge, microwave and etc). The heater also kept us warm when it was snowing outside.

The property was fine, we only had one snag and it’s that the fridge was off before our arrival and didn’t cook to temperature until the next day. Simple learn for next time.

Not clean, especially the pillows, sofa, towels. Also, had a couldn't sleep well due to the the outside light and the heaters were not efficient to handle cold weather.

Needed a better cleaning between guests. The oven was dirty with dried food and the grill was covered in grease from the last guest.
