Ran short on TP and make sure you mark your drinks or food in the frigerated, otherwise it will be tossed. Guests could stay one night or multiple and keeping the place clean is a big priority thus I understand why they would do so.

This was perfect for our trip. Me and a family member needed a convenient home-base for our excursions to Bryce Canyon, Zion and the areas around Kanab. You rent a private room with a private bathroom and share the kitchen, living and outside area. The accommodations are comfortable and relaxed. The town of Kanab was great. The people there are fantastic! I'd suggest the Rocking V Cafe, Adria's and "Only in Kanab" food truck for food. The visitor center was very helpful in helping to find local hikes. Breakfast in My. Carmel's Thunderbird Cafe is great too! Ask for Becky!

The only negative was the temperature display on the heating unit, which was bright and made the bedroom lighter than we like at night.

Lovely historic home. Comfortable bed. Beautiful and well-appointed kitchen. We could walk easily to downtown Kanab and several restaurants. Eating breakfast on the back patio under the flowering fruit tree that was humming with happy bees!

The 2nd night of our stay, there were more cars parked infront than there were rooms. One of the guests had visitor over taking up all of the parking spots. Plus they were loud in the living room and kitchen in the evening. Walls are very thin. Low water pressure in the shower.

The kitchen was very spacious and every kitchen utensil you could think of was provided. Large walk in closet to store luggage and in room full size washer and dryer were unexpected. Each room had it's own private patio or balcony. Huge backyard with a gazebo and gas grill if you wanted to BBQ or dine outside. Cleaning staff was prompt every morning to clean the common areas. Rooms were all carpeted and our room on the first floor had a gas fireplace for heating...very cosy.

Lovely home that feels comfortable and is well located. Great change from the usual kind of hotel, would definitely stay here again! Check in and check out was also very straight forward and parking right outside made it easy to manage as well.

It’s a cosy place with a very homey old school B&B vibe. Loved the easy check-in when I arrived late. Loved the room. Didn’t get a chance to use the rest of the house, but could easily have seen myself take advantage of it, had I stayed longer.

The only thing that was a bit awkward was the 19th century steps to the second floor with a large suitcase, but it was still well worth the say.

The little motel i usually stay at was fully booked, so we came here. This charming place was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. We were the only guests on this day and had the whole house to ourselves. I will definitely be back.

The beds were quite soft, for one night totally fine but for a longer stay maybe problematic for some people.

Super nice and cozy family house with a history. Great garden with bbq possibility, calm neighbourhood and well equipped kitchen. Everything you could need is there.

A couple of paragraphs emailed ahead could have prepared me to made better for the check in process and allowed me to better take advantage of the spacious room and very convenient kitchen

The room was exceptionally claim and spacious with many features not found in most hotels at this price it was one of the best rooms I've had in the last four or five years certainly the best value

Coffee pod machine was very slow, I think it needs fixing, minor problem as there was a filter machine to use instead!

Lovely clean, comfy bedroom, use of a kitchen with all amenities. Fantastic location, easy 5 min walk to Sego (great restaurant), very quiet neighbourhood. Excellent value for money, felt like being at home, sitting on patio eating our breakfast!

Change nothing for us; it was perfect.

The staff were terrific. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Sandi (the manager?) was extremely accommodating, as were the cleaning staff, whom we met briefly. Excellent location for good local restaurants and for our dog. We will try to stay there again if we travel through Kanab and will recommend it to friends.

That our entrance door to our room was very hard to open. Looked as if it needed to be sanded down Couldn't close the bathroom door either...

There wasn't any breakfast here - but you could fix your own in the communal kitchen which had lots of supplies for use. The price was fantastic, and we got to meet other residence in the kitchen and outside area. So if you enjoy that type of travel this is wonderful. I would stay again if in the area!!

Had some issues with the pocket door to the bathroom. Seemed to be off track.

Very clean. Liked having the use of a fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location to the Grand Canyon, Zion National.
